The staff was professional and pleasant. The room was nice, and it included a couch for an extra sleeper. The in-room fridge was not very cold, but there was a nice kitchenette area with a sink and counter. The pool was rather small and always crowded, but there were plenty of towels.

The room was a bit worn down, with noticeable stains on the floor and walls, and there was a chip in the faucet. However, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, which made a big difference in our stay. The surrounding area looked nice and felt safe, and the location was very convenient for our family—it was close to the places we wanted to visit. Overall, not perfect, but the great service and location balanced things out

I'm local but i got this room for a handicapped lobed one and they loved it. A bit pricy for an obernight stay but overall, will return.

Very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great many different options to choose from. Night staff excellent. Bad thing I asked in the morning to switch my towels and take my trash out for my 2nd day and it was not done. There was no ice and when they had some black particles came out. Other than that it was great
