The design was beautiful throughout the whole hotel.

The condition of the hotel is right at a 4-Star quality. The decor and history of the art pieces within the hotel are stunning. Highly recommend to those that appreciate art.

Very beautiful property. Front desk is extremely welcoming and friendly.

Checked-into this hotel with the intention of using their pool, jacuzzi, and loved that it was central to the Manhattan Beach business district plus the beach. I needed to get away from my native San Francisco due to the quarantine mandates, plus it was central to LA so I was close enough to visit family. It seemed like a great idea and location. It was just me, late 20's female. Needless to say, the hotel itself looks great but their management was terrible. Not to mention the folk that frequent the hotel had more of a motel vibe than anything else. There were families that were extremely loud down some of the corridors, where in others it seemed like a brothel, if you know what I mean. Beware of shifty people that roam the property. This was not the peaceful stay I was hoping for. They also shut down the pool and jacuzzi without letting anyone know. On my last day someone pulled the fire alarm. At check-in I was told that I could not stay at my original booked room due to "unexpected" construction. On my last day, I asked to speak to a manager where I was informed he had stepped-out and would call me back, never happened. They had the decency of comping me a mere $50. If you want a motel vibe stay here. The remodeling and look of the place is very deceptive. Not at all a boutique hotel. If you're looking for an affordable spot close to the business district, beware of the horrible management, unexpected changes, plus how loud it is. Personally, very disappointed.

The hotel was immaculate. The front desk people were fantastic. The hotel is a five star. Jack at the front desk made it a six star hotel. Everything was very clean we had a wonderful time everybody was very helpful. This is the place to stay. Also with a secure parking lot made it perfect. Six stars.

A nice place to stay over night. Close to airport and stores !!

Great rates and close to LAX! Really comfortable rooms and a resort feel!
