Overall the hotel was very nice for the price point. Parking was difficult because the garage is shared. They ran out of spots the first night and I had to park in a charging station spot. There were a lot of homeless people living in their cars right outside the hotel.

Not worth the money; run down, small rooms. Dirty surroundings and parking garage. Free parking and to-go breakfast is a benefit. Ice machine on our floor is not working; our toilet had a drainage issue which the maintenance staff addressed it in 15 mints.

Rooms were old looking. Tub was stopped up. Fridge didn't work. Sack food for breakfast

It's closed to the Airport just about 10min. with the car. And they DON'T charge $30-$40 for parking/night like the other Hotels West of the Hwy 405! Free parking - secured & gated in an unsafe area. But the walls are very thin!!! We could hear the conversations of the neighbors the whole night. It's a convenient place to stay when you have to head out to the Airport early in the morning.

Loved this hotel. Extremely clean, modern and staff were all very friendly. Fresh coffee and cookies to boot. Very happy and satisfied with my stay. Uber yo the forum was 6 minutes. Parking is in a gated structure and free. Great stay, rooms were very nice.

This hotel was perfect for us! Super clean, beds are amazingly comfortable and there is free parking and breakfast! The staff were friendly, professional and always willing to help! Big pool and jacuzzi, Starbucks, little grocery store and taco place close by are a bonus.

Noisy room Due to Faulty HVAC. Neighbirhood and area terrible. Glad we had a Rental car to get away. Would be nice if I can get a refund 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 No more ORBITZ

Fresh smoothies for breakfast was a great surprise

The parking garage area was old and sketchy looking. Area around the property was not the nicest, but the hotel itself was nice.

The mattress is completely closed in a protective sleeve🤗
