When I arrived my original room was having the carpet replaced and wouldn't be ready until way beyond the 3pm check-in. Was offered another room. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Location gave you easy access to restaurants, shopping and local beaches. Only thing I didn’t like is not many options for breakfast. Overall it was a great stay.

I would not recommend this hotel. I booked a reservation, but upon arrival they informed me they were overbooked. They cancelled my reservation and walked me to a neighboring hotel, where I was charged again. When I contacted them about the duplicate charge, they told me to reach out to Expedia even though the payment was taken directly by the hotel, not Expedia. I do not recommend booking here unless you want to risk being overcharged and having to chase a refund back to your card.

The main areas were very nice. We had a room on the second floor, facing Acacia. The windows were incredibly dirty. The hallways smelled like paint and weed. They are renovating, but the crew doesn’t clean up the dust, old torn out carpet or paint chips. However, service by staff was excellent. I was impressed by the breakfast, which are usually less than mediocre at most hotels in this category. Would stay here again.
