I can't really speak to location, cleanliness or anything else because my trip got cancelled and this hotel, despite me making a request almost a month prior to my arrival, refused to allow me to cancel and issue me a refund.
And boy, did I try. I made the booking through Orbitz and had them attempt to get a refund, which was denied. I then left two unanswered messages with the manager and finally tracked someone down a week later.
And again, despite me requesting this almost a month prior to my arrival, I was turned down flat.
It's not like I was asking something extraordinary...I travel a lot and have never had a problem before.
So, bottom line, if there is any chance that your trip details might change, or you experience any kind of problem and you want to talk to someone over there, well, by all means, book with these asshats. It's like talking to a wall.
