Wonderful stay however on arrival we’ve been allocated an accessible room which is not something we have not booked however when we went back down to reception, they promptly moved us to another room and the room we actually had book. Not ideal upon checking in but issue was resolved promptly and will definitely stay at this wonderful hotel again.
