The room was very clean, the bed really comfortable and where I was it was very quiet as well. Check in was very straightforward and it served the purpose of somewhere to sleep after a Xmas Party perfectly.

The Room was great, very comfortable, spotlessly clean. The staff were very polite helpful and courteous at all times. The Hotel is in a great position only a short walk to Covent Garden and Theatre Land. My only problem was that I had booked the Hotel through Hotels .com. but because of an administrative error, when I checked out they charged me twice for my stay!! However once I had noted the charge on my credit card App, it was corrected swiftly and they apologised.

From entering the hotel, being met by the most pleasant friendly doorman to check in was a great experience. The room was very clean and inviting. The bar staff were very friendly and polite. At breakfast the menu had a wide range of choices, catering for all. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in London.
