Super friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very clean if a little small but the bed was so comfortable. The hotel was dead quiet in the night. We had breakfast which was great especially the coffee. Check in/out was smooth and trouble free. Great location for theatres and shopping trips.

The Botree is in the best location to Bond street station and Oxford street shopping. The hotel is modern and the rooms were big and very clean. Julia was so amazing and went above and beyond for me by checking me in earlier- I even got a free coffee. The porters are also fantastic and I can’t wait to come back here! I won’t be staying anywhere else in London
