Lovely staff, comfy bed and all amenities provided. Car parking was easy and plentiful and they allowed me to leave my car during the day after checking out. Breakfast was fast and plenty of choice. The bar and lounge was lovely to wait before and after checking out. Great atmosphere and very accommodating. Will stay here again and highly recommend.

We stayed from December 20th-22nd, for the area and time of the year the price was excellent compared to other hotels near by. Don’t get me wrong it’s not the ritz but for your money you’re getting a clean bed, shower and a basic breakfast to start the day with. All the staff were lovely and very helpful- unfortunately on the first evening our hot water wasn’t working, after chatting to reception they were on it and helpful. It turns out our hot water did work but the shower tap is on backwards so we had to turn it to cold to get hot water, no harm done and a hot shower had 😊 24hr reception is ideal for early mornings/late nights. Is this hotel spectacular? No, but for your money you’re getting everything you need for a nice stay- we’d come back in the future

This is an old property and the rooms need an update, but it was clean. The location was very convenient for us, because we had to take the train to Heathrow Airport from Paddington station, which is just one block from there. I was surprised with the breakfast, that was very good. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly.

We booked a room for a family of 5 and was told it was inter connecting rooms. This is not the case it is 2 seperate rooms and they said you can leave your mains front doors open and have the next door in the corridor with a sliding bolt as your main door. This is not secure or safe for a family. There was one toilet as well considering this was basically 2 seperate rooms. The room size for 5 people was also ridiculous. We was offered to pay more for another 2 rooms but 4 of us could be in one and an adult alone in another further down the hall. My family would still be separated for our nights stay away. My children were very upset and unsettled by all of this so we chose to move hotels to one that can actually accomodate us as a family of 5 in one room which we had asked for in the beginning and found one further down the street which also was alot cheaper as well.
