Pros: large townhouse. Close to public transport, lots of restaurants. Felt. Cons: Dated interior. Host responds but not within 24 hours each time. Not accommodating with issues we had that came up. Doesn’t have to be, but would have been nice. Read the contract - no visitor policy meant my mom couldn’t watch our kids a couple hours while we went to dinner and also my husband couldn’t enter to help my mom with her large suitcase. Laundry was hard to find - got conflicting messages from two different hosts we were talking with Michelle and Skye. Ended up being behind a wall panel. My mom who stayed at the property ended up going to the laundromat due to the misinformation so that’s a bummer for a property that lists laundry as an amenity. Overall we would not stay at the property again or rent from this host.

Good location

It was not what we were expecting from the photos. The rooms are spread out over five floors, and the living room area is small, making it difficult to really spend time together as a group. The air-conditioning consisted of 3 portable units in 3 of the bedrooms. The top floor bedroom was brutally hot on most of our days/nights in July and the bathroom on the top floor is incredibly tiny. We liked the location, which is on a relatively quiet street yet easily accessible to Paddington and other stations. We enjoyed our trip, but would not select this particular property again.

Lovely London Suburb Flat

This place was beautiful! It had comfortable beds and plenty of rooms. The local area was quaint and peaceful with a nice breakfast restaurant and a wonderful sundry store. Felt very safe and secure in this neighborhood. Flat was close to Hyde Park and other local parks. Short distance from London’s central areas. Nothing seemed too far. This was our first time in England and it was a great visit. We happen to hit a very hot spell and the flathead three portable room, air conditioners. This came in extremely useful. Thank you to Sky for use of your fantastic Flat.
