Room was small but ok for what we needed. Food was poor in the breakfast room. Housekeeping did not come on 2nd to last day despite the tag on the door, asked at reception when we went out but they just put towels inside the door. Great location as tube was a 2 minute walk away.

The decor in the hotel is a bit tired and the breakfast is not the best I've seen in a 4 star hotel. That said, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the spa, although not the highest quality, had a great range of gym equipment, a large pool (for UK hotels) and an excellent sauna in each changing room. The steam room and jacuzzi were out of action when I stayed, but I wasn't that bothered by it since it's the post-gym sauna that I really wanted. This is my third stay, and I will definitely return.

Booked this hotel due it advertising a health club/spa. For our stay, the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were all out of order. Additionally, half of the swimming pool was cordoned off for a child's swimming lesson. The full extent of the 'spa' was half of a swimming pool with a noisy swimming lesson taking place. Upon raising this with staff, we were offered a coffee as compensation. Room was also cold, and noisy, with rubbish bins being collected at 7am right below our window on a Saturday. Would not recommend anything about this hotel.

Room was not as requested and rhe manager at hat tome Santos was not very helpful. He did not alert wife as to the upgrade and then did not inform her a time to come down the next day to look at what was available. Therefore we had to stay in the same room. The receptionist on the Saturday was polite and courteous but could not assit.
