The hotel was on the edge of a shopping mall, which was convenient for parking and shopping I guess, but not so pleasing to the eye. Very comfortable bed and lots of delicious options for beakfast.

Everything was great. The rooms were clean and the stuff welcoming. Breakfast could be improved to meet the number of customers. But this is not noticeable compared to the nice stay we had. The location is excellent too.

Kitchen couldn’t keep up with the food flow on a Saturday morning. Very busy and the bacon went quite fast. There were a lot of guests were waiting for food to be replenished. Very chaotic. Maybe extend the breakfast hours since it is busier at 9:00am. The beds were very comfortable. We will be back in August.

Great Hotel in a quaint town

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in St Thomas was amazing!! The building is beautiful and in a very convenient spot. Love the access to the giant tiger and the Elgin Center. Staff was friendly courteous and time efficient. Coffee was always readily Available. Will definitely be staying here again

Hotel was clean, breakfast buffet needs to have continous supply since it gets busy instead of people waiting for the food. keep stocking it til 10am. Other than that, it is a pretty good hotel.

Great location only 15 minutes roughly to Port Stanley beach. Breakfast is included which is hard to come by these days. I recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking for budget friendly options with clean rooms and fantastic service you can rely on !

There are a lot of restaurant options near the hotel in St. Thomas on Talbot street, also St. Thomas being a relatively easy place to navigate as a city, makes it easy to get to the various food options. Bed comfort was excellent!! I really thought the bed was comfortable and the pillows were great too.
