They were extremely short staffed. Our room was not thoroughly cleaned, as a pet friendly hotel & there was a lot of dog hair throughout the room. The staff who were there, were friendly & doing their best. However, they were unable to provide bedding for the second bed in the room. We ended up getting only 2 flat sheets at 9pm. No fitted sheet, no blanket. There was also a towel shortage & we were unable to get more than 3 towels for a 4-person occupancy room.

Family freindly. Breaskfast options. Pool (it was closed when we went but we were offered to use another hotels pool) very easy to find. Friendly staff. We loved the jet tubs and the full kitchenette. Personally i would have loved a 2nd bed not pull out couch but it was still manageable.

Beautiful room, it felt like a studio apartment. It had a nice courtyard, putting green and really nice staff. The breakfast was good, but tue breakfast sitting area is quite compact. I would definitely stay again.

Bathroom wasn’t supplied with toilet paper. Kitchen was filthy. Dirty cups, dirty microwave. Floor wasn’t vacuumed. Bedsheets had hard black crumbs. Front desk, house keeping did not answer the phone for 6-7 hours… Disappointed with the entire experience. London baseball tournament over the Labour Day long weekend. Kids running around pulling pranks on the rooms. Knocking and running away. Lack of respect from them and the parents. It’s not a play ground. So apparently I was in the wrong for being disturbed? Don’t go to staybridge, best western is your best bet. Who have security and have reasonable staff and guests.

7nights family visit from Montreal

We've spent an amazing week at this hotel. The staff was caring, kind and efficient. The pool, bbq, patio set and mini putt area were great for our family, especially our small kids. We had everything we needed in our room, from cooking to washing to sleeping. My only cons are: - The lack of variety for breakfast in the hot section (always eggs, potatoes, sausages, beans) even though the eggs/sausages were a bit different from time to time, I think some other items should be added in the rotation (such as pancakes, french toast, etc) - Even though, during the weekdays, housekeeping staff would come and ask us if we needed new towels and our trash cans to be emptied, they never came inside the room while we were there, which was fine, but when we needed the livingroom and kitchen to be broomed and mopped, we asked for it, no one came, so my husband had to run to find a tiny broom from one of the housekeepers and she didn't have a dust collector. She said she'd bring it to us once she'd find it, but never came back, so we had to leave the dust in a corner of the room until we left, 3 days later. We're very happy with everything that was available to us, especially the free laundrymat. When my son made an accident in his bed during our 1st night, they came as quick as possible to change the whole bedding, which was truly appreciated. The cold section of the breakfast was perfect with it's selection of bread, cereals, yogurt, waffles, etc Great location, near many stores.

Room was very nice and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast on day of check out did not have many options for the cooked eggs. The hard boiled eggs my husband tried was a bit frozen. Overall we had a good restful stay.

Horrible place to stay.

Mice stay at this hotel is I will never stay here again. The beds are so uncomfortable. The coffee pot and toaster are filthy. Couldn’t even use them or door. Lock wouldn’t even let us in. Had to get them to reprogram the card. Their breakfast was like eating rubber. So final comment is I would not ever stay at this hotel again for the amount of money they charge in the condition of their bed and appliances and water pressure sucks also. All their stains in the couch.
