And I wish I could have stayed longer. There on a Friday night, and found the room to be clean, spacious, well layed out, and no comfort overlooked. I loved that there was a complete kitchen in the unit, with glassware, everyday china and silverware. Literally all the comforts of home! There were other amenities such as a pool and gym, ideal for families, but didn't have the time to explore everything on this trip. I will definitely be going back in the Spring!
This lovely hotel was a welcome surprise when staying in London ontario when the hubby had to do a couple days of hospital tests. I would highly recommend it. It was close to the mall, costco and plenty of restaurants.
The Front Staff are really accommodating to us, April made sure I am in a corner quiet room away from the elevator. The night Staff is so nice and welcoming as well with prompt reply to request. The rooms are nice and well equipped kitchen. The pool deck is filthy it could use cleaning and the breakfast Lady is too grumpy and does not smile that we actually ate out for breakfast somewhere else the following day. The best thing the Management had given the housekeeping a day off on Labour Day, a sign of great Company and Management. I recommend anyone to stay here but skip the breakfast unless you want a Grumpy breakfast lady to start your day.
Went there for a two night baseball tournament starting July 28. The male night clerk (his name starts with G...?) at the front desk was just so thoughtful and accommodating! He was very gracious with giving us ice, with providing pool towels, with helping us with our needs for the baseball team. Staybridge, you have one very nice and thoughtful guy who serves as the face of your organization. Our team loved our stay at Staybridge because of your guy! Regarding the hotel facilities itself, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very handy, the pool was nice and clean, breakfast was just blah, but we didn't use the breakfast bar as we had the kitchen and prepared our own breakfast, the parking was free, there were laundry facilities for free for guests to use (handy for washing dusty baseball clothes) and the cost was very reasonable. The hotel has a nice barbecue at the back with a little mini-golf green for kids to putter a golf ball into one hole. It was a great place for the team to congregate and relax in. All in all, great place to stay.
Another sports weekend in London and another fantastic stay at the Staybridge Suites. We had the 2 bedroom suite and it had plenty of space for our family of four. The suites are great with a fridge, stove and microwave. Was our first stay at the property in the summer, so it was great to take advantage of the outdoor patio area and putting green. One of our favourite hotels and will definitely make sure we stay there again if we find ourselves in London again.
Was in London for a wedding and needed some room for the teens to hang out....good sized suite and fridge for their snacks and even better that they had there own bedroom and TV....good breakfast the next morning.... would stay there again next time in London. Only suggestion is better signage for parking entrance
We stayed at Staybridge on our way through Canada. We loved it right from the start. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They were attentive to our dog too which we appreciated. Checking in was a snap and we were in our room quickly. We loved our room. It was spacious, clean and well appointed. The mini kitchen was handy and clean also. The bathroom area was roomy and easy to move around in. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night of sleep. The noise factor was practically nonexistant. Our dog even seemed happy and content. They serve a complimentary dinner to the guests each night but we got there too late to partake. The continental breakfast was a nice meal and it was a good start to our day. We felt that we got good value for our money. We enjoyed our visit and will definitely stay there again if ever in that area.
We had booked for 2 nights during the Victoria Day long weekend and had a good experience. WIth the rain, we ended up moving one of nights around to accommodate our revised schedule and the front desk was happily and easily able to assist us with no additional cost or concern. The accommodations were comfortable, clean and what we needed most, quiet. The heavy curtains allowed for seclusion. The location close to the 401 made it a convenient place to stay, and also to get to key places throughout and around the city.
I booked a stay with Staybridge on June 1st for a non-smoking room & provided my Visa to confirm my stay. When I arrived, I was told I had booked a smoking room. I was asked if I wanted the room. I have never smoked a day in my life so I said "no". I was told that they would contact the next hotel over from me. I left & went to another hotel feeling sheepish that I had made a mistake. When I looked at my confirmation, it clearly said I had booked a non-smoker room. I find it totally unacceptable that when you book at hotel room in advance with your Visa, that the hotel can then overbook & then blame the customer for the error. If they are dishonest at the front desk, I wonder what else are they dishonest about.
We stayed there for the first time this past weekend. We were in town for the Fleetwood Cruise. The staff here are amazing. They provided a special lot for our classic cars complete with a wash area and 24 hour security. Rooms are very clean & modern. We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was excellent. Will be sure to return next year!!! Big shout out to Kimberly and her team !!! Thank you !!!
