The hotel is lovely, great location and staff were very helpful. Only comments are I asked for a quiet room and was put in a room overlooking the underground so was extremely noisy and lack of sleep. Also room service left only decaf coffee on one day and none the next day otherwise it was good and re-booked again for a business trip.

Staff were lovely. Electrical issues meant we had to change rooms and thus was not an easy process; lifts out of order a lot of the time. Room service great to start with but then cursory. Breakfast mostly ok but not well equipped with food or cups/glasses when busy. Great location.

Rooms are very dated, very very dated. Bathroom are just functional (with piping noise), the gym is extremely neglected with kits not working and air conditioning. It feels like to be back in our parents hotels. I suppose for a cheap night it’s fine, however .. if you plan a week in London go somewhere else

The room was very clean, a little dated. The upgrade was a lovely surprise, however it was noisy. There was a fan noise we couldn’t turn off and about 6am must of been bin day as very loud banging!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the only thing that let it down was Happy hour between 3-7 each day. We opted for the cocktails, which were 241, however, the Cosmopolitan which was part of the deal had peach snaps substituted for vodka, which altered the taste dramatically when we asked the barman he advised he had been told by his manager that he had to use up the peach snaps! The following day we went to the bar and opted for the Aperol spritz again 241 however, the measure of the prosecco was minimal with the glass being filled to the top with ice! So it’s seemed like a good offer initially for happy hour but in reality it wasn’t. The hotel is in a central location and the room was lovely just a shame about the drinks
