Rooms air conditioned, clean and extremely accessible to London attractions. Literally across the street from Victoria Underground station out the Victoria Street exit. Rooms small but well maintained and worth the money. Remember, this used to be a residence so the rooms are still the same.

Good Location

Hotel is situated close to many bus tour departure points, including Evan Evans tours, Harry Potter tours. Also. Walking distance to Westminister Abbey and Big Ben and Victoria Station. Small but functional rooms and A/C worked.

Got this as our main base while we go about London. Its location is very good, across a pub and about 30 steps to Victoria station where you can easily get transportation, and food. It is close to Buckingham palace,Green park and Westminster. Rooms are sufficient and clean, it has a/c so that is amazing. The family room can sleep 4 people and that is a plus in our books. Lobby is small and intimate. There are no lifts in this place so be careful specially if you have heavy luggage’s. The floors are very thin and noisy and if that person above you decided to move furniture at 3pm, YOU WILL HEAR IT. One other thing is that there is someone in the reception that reeks BO and if that person is the first point of contact by the guest, it is a major turn off and reflects the business and brand.

This hotel was really conveniently located. We were able to walk to the theatre, restaurants, tours, trains and the tube. Not a luxury hotel by any means but very adequate for our stay. I would book again.

We booked 2 rooms, when we entered one room we noticed windows open with no screens 1st floor balcony style. Turn on AC let it run for a few hours and the room was just stifling hot at 95/96 degrees. We were told by the front dest some AC weren't working as was given a fan and open the windows as the only had 1 room that wasn't clean left. For safety reasons we didn't feel comfortable keeping the windows open. My family of 5 had to take turns sleeping in the room that the AC worked. The room was pretty much unusable as it was so hot for $400+ a night was waste. The front desk just gave as a complaint form to fill out.

Very convenient location (situated just 5 mins walking distance from Victoria Station & bus stops). Rooms are clean & spacious enough to stay. Breakfast provided at 10 GBP per person extra, but plenty of eating places around so can consider to opt out. The staff members are courteous and friendly. Will stay here again in my future visits.
