Our room had an accessible shower which was missing a gasket on the bottom of one of the glass panels. When we showered water flowed the bathroom and out into the hallway outside the bathroom. We had problems with the electrical outlets. We asked several times but no one came and helped.

Such a lovely place to stay, very modern and chilled. Rooms are lovely although we had a problem with the air conditioning not working in our room and it was such a hot weekend. Contacted reception the following morning and they couldn’t do enough to help. They upgraded us free of charge to another room, extended our check out and had a partial refund for the inconvenience caused. Overall very impressed and would go back. Thank you

No hot water for my two night stay, r which many room temperature showers. They said the boiler was having a problem. Unacceptable for any star hotel, much less a four star one. Also, the bathroom reeked of a strong musty odor that permeated throughout the entire room. Otherwise, the room was nice, clean, and the staff very friendly. But the lack of hot water really ruined the experience, and the bad smell.

Great location, But some issues

Had a booking issue (my fault) and send an email in attempt to resolve before we arrived. Did not receive response. Arrived and the young lady at the service desk was very friendly and resolve the issue. We discovered during the night the AC was not functioning and it was 26.5 degrees Celsius in the room. Contacted a young man at the desk and informed him about the conditions, we received no message about our room and after a long day returned to the room to discover there was no change and still had a miserable night. Went to the front desk again and expressed my concern, as told that the system was just overloaded. I insisted they they check again, at which point they determined the AC was not functioning. They then offered to move our accommodations. The rest of our stay went without issue. We found the location to be excellent with many nice pubs and eating opportunities nearby., would highly recommend Woolpack. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed in the room, even an iron with an ironing board. Staff was very friendly, just could have had a bit more communication on day 1 and 2.

I could not open the window in my room. While the window ostensibly opened, another set of windows (which were dirty) erected inside the room prevented me from opening the widow. TERRIBLE. The weather outside was gorgeous and my room overlooked lovely trees blowing in the breeze, and I was trapped in this stuffy, too-warm room unable to enjoy the very pleasant weather. I slept terribly as a result and it ruined my following day. I told the desk attendant at check-out; he couldn't have been more disinterested.

Rooms were spacious and clean, staff were so nice and friendly! Loved having a washing machine and dishwasher in our rooms (Locke Studio), both were very helpful. Easy walk to the Tower of London, 8-10 min walk to an Underground station, and easy for cabs to find us. Loved our home away from home for our visit to London!
