Room was very clean. Good supply of spotless white towels. Complimentary water in the room is a nice touch too. We had a great view from the 12th floor and despite staying on a Saturday, it was very quiet and we did not hear a thing so our sleep was undisturbed. The hotel is in an excellent location and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We had a slight issue at check-in because the hotel has a new IT system and if I hadn’t been extra vigilant I could have paid for our room twice, but it was quickly sorted. I did not detract from a great stay,

I booked the Junior Suite with a corner view. Great view but there was no bath tub in my room. For the price I paid I thought I would have been given a room with a bath, especially as it was a surprise for my husband as we recently got married. The room was great, having the separate lounge and vinyl record player was a cool touch. No fresh milk in the fridge so I had to order it (took 30mins to come). We loved the Kevin Murphy body wash, shampoo and lotion. Smells amazing!! On check-in, we noticed they had complimentary prosecco and fruit juices for guests checking in, but none was offered. I can see why it is only a 4 star hotel as the 5 star service was not there. The staff were friendly, but I felt like a standard paying guest as opposed to a hotel where staff go above and beyond.

Amazing hotel well worth a visit, room was very clean and spacious, we stayed on the 18th floor and the views were spectacular. Gym on the 26th floor is well worth the visit just for the views of the city. Staff were all very nice and helpful.
