Nice hotel but HORRIBLE customer service

if this review was only about comfort and convenience and every other thing about the hotel except for service it would be five star by me. But when it comes to the customer service side of this hotel, they are AWFUL. Unless you know exactly how many days you plan on being a Little Rock, I would not recommend you staying in this hotel. If you sit there and you have to extend your stay by adding another day on Hotels.com, they will make you pay a $23 early check-in fee otherwise you have to check out at 11 o’clock and then you cannot check back in until 3:00 pm And that is just not right. The front desk people up there are very rude and act like they don’t give a darn about you or anything else except for them making money. And that’s not the way to get people to come back. So don’t waste your money unless you know exactly what you’re wanting to do in Little Rock and exactly how many days you’re wanting to stay.
