This charming pet and family-friendly house is located just blocks away from the State Capitol and some of the country's top hospitals including UAMS, Children's Hospital, Baptist Hospital and St. Vincent Hospital. With easy access to I-630, you are just minutes away from the Clinton Library, Museum of Discovery, Arkansas Arts Museum and Little Rock Zoo.

The J W Rivers House originally built in 1923, was completely renovated on 2022. The original architecture was maintained and modern conveniences were added such as stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, cable, flat screen TVs, electric fireplace, internet accessibility, and a security system.
