We arrived early and we refused to go to room even when they stated the room was clean. We were not allowed to go to the terrace to wait either. Room was nice but needs to be updated. I work with the airline and will not refer people here because of the personnel unprofessionalism.

escapade dans douceur automnale de Lisbonne.

les plus : l'emplacement géographique de la maison d'hôtes, proche d'une station de métro pour accèder facilement à l'aéroport. . l'entrée sécurisée. la qualité de la literie. l'accès sans code à la cuisine, fonctionnelle et très propre. les moins : trop de codes, pour accéder aux différentes pièces communes. trop de caméras, pas intime surtout dans la cuisine, pas de protection sur les matelas, problème désagréable d'arrivée d'eau chaude pour prendre la douche. 2 jours sans avoir de produits de toilette!!!. le volet reste coincé. nous avions demandé un lit double, et nous avons eu 2 lits simples accolés. CE QUI MANQUE VRAIMENT, C'EST UN VRAI ACCUEIL, AVANT 10H ET APRÈS 18H. pour nous qui partions toute la journée, nous avons dus nous caler sur les horaires pour effectuer les dernières règlements. Lisbonne est une ville à découvrir avec ces quartiers très différents les uns des autres, ses moyens de transport très abordables et pratiques, le calme, l'accueil et la gentillesse des lisboètes.

Me encantó la zona y mi habitación. Llegué muy tarde por un retraso del vuelo y me atendieron amablemente, pese a no haber recepción. El problema fue que no había calefacción (pasé a ratos algo de frío) y no me funcionaba el wifi donde yo estaba.

There are better options

The building needs urgent repair, update, painting as well as the elevator. Entering this guesthouse is like getting into a haunted house, and the area around the building is also derelict. Beware that breakfast is paid but you can only have it if you pay the day before and you cannot decide on the day as the girl at the front desk will simply tell you “rules are rules”. Everyone who enters his room will have to make a loud noise to shut the door and so you can hear all other guests arriving and leaving. There is a shared kitchen that they lock at a late hour so you can’t access the water you left in the fridge. The number of towels in the room diminishes the longer you stay. There are no “toiletries” in the bathroom, just a soap in a dispenser, no soap bar if you prefer. I would definitely not go back.

Außen naja, innen super!

Von außen nicht sonderlich einladend in ebensolcher Umgebung, aber mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, und erstaunlich schönem Innenleben! Unser Zimmer war tipptopp,neu gestrichen, alles schön weiß, sehr sauber und geräumig. Es gab sogar eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse im Loungestil, die wir leider garnicht nutzen konnten wegen des schlechten Wetters. Wir haben die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten gut erlaufen können, Metrosstation und andere Verkehrsmittel sind aber auch nicht weit. Dass das Hotel etwas abseits lag, hat uns grade gut gefallen. Man kommt noch überall hin, nachts ist es aber ruhig. Das Frühstück für 7 Euro ok, viel schöner und billiger ist es aber in einem der zahlreichen Cafés und Pastelarien auf dem Weg zum Centrum zu frühstücken, wo der Kaffee auch besser ist. Ach ja, und die Bettdecke und Handtücher sind sooo kuschelig!

à l'arrivée, le stationnement est problématique, rue très en pente, étroite et à double sens, on se gare sur le trottoir le temps de décharger ! la rue pavée est très bruyante, la clim. fait un bruit d'enfer, les prises électriques sont décollées du mur, et la porte de la douche ne ferme pas.... l'insonorisation des chambre est inexistante et on entends bien les voisins. Le système de digicode, est surement très pratique, mais 8 chiffres avec un bip-bip à chaque fois et 3 ou 4 chambres dans le couloir, c'est insupportable.
