Great location. Only a few minutes to Rossio station, and also a few minutes to E15 cable car station which take you to Belém. Very convenient. Don’t miss their lunch deal. If we have another opportunity to visit Lisbon we will stay there. We arrived around noon the room was ready. We had nice view with balcony.

This was my first time traveling to Europe with my 1.5 year old and I could not be happier with this hotel and experience. Everyone was extremely welcoming and kind. I had a reservation at a hard to book restaurant (Ponto Final, absolutely delicious btw!!) at 12:30pm on the day we arrived to Lisbon. Our flight landed at 8am and we got to the hotel around 10. I had never checked in early at a hotel (and I’ve been to 11 other countries) and this Hotel made it so incredibly easy! They kept my bags and let us stay in their upstairs lounge area and asked housekeeping to get our room ready first- without hesitation! They had the room ready in less than 40 minutes. Because of this we were able to make it to the reservation (which we had to take a ferry to!) The room was spacious and the AC was GREAT which is not typical for Europe! We did not dine at the restaurant downstairs but we did have buffet breakfast before check-out when we left, which was not very good. It’s buffet style and $15 per person. There are hundreds of brunch places in Lisbon that are so so so good. The hotel was very clean and overall comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very well located and exceptionally clean. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming — especially the front desk team, who take the time to explain everything in detail and make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The entire property is spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast is spectacular, and the restaurant is excellent — great food and service. Overall, it was a wonderful surprise and a truly pleasant experience. I would definitely return and recommend it without hesitation.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly & accommodating, which made the experience feel welcoming from the start. The location was absolutely perfect, convenient & close to everything we needed. One area that could use improvement is the food options. As a vegan traveler, I found it disappointing that there were very limited (if any) plant-based choices available,. With more people adopting dietary preferences or restrictions, offering vegan options would go a long way. Overall, a great stay with wonderful service, & I’d gladly return but the food selection should become a bit more inclusive.
