Very convenient location to dine, shop, and public transportation. We were able to come back to the hotel to rest after visiting some points of interest, and also drop off bags after shopping. The room is relatively large with 2 closet spaces and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful for our needs. When we had a minor issue in the room, the staff came immediately to fix it. Overall, we had an excellent stay:)

Best located hotel in the city, Great staff and a surprisingly good restaurant. Excellent Bathrooms great view from balcony, clean rooms. Only thing is some of the furniture is slightly worn and is showing a little age but still overall great.

Location is best. Walking distance to St vincent viewpoint, castle de s jorge Praca do Comercio, and great restaurants like Uma Mariqueira (best seafood rice), Pinoquio (best seafood rice) and O caustic (Shrimp pasta is delicious). A brazileira nearby is a great historic coffee pastry place to have pastry and coffee, great vibe. Uber to Sintra to see pene palace is $33 12/29/2025 about 27 euro. Breakfast is convenient and delicious, especially mango. It has a variety of choices, juices are flesh, salmon is not too salty, perfect. I stayed during Christmas and has expedia perk and got 2 bottles of wine (initially have 1 bottle listed), mini bar with water, beer and juice is refillable and no charge. Perfect stay, quiet, comfortable clean room. TV can project youtube. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend this place.

What a surprise! I got delayed for over a day and needed somewhere to stay. Found this on Expedia and it was everything the reviews said. A true 4 star hotel. The room, the staff all were exceptional! I will be back, and on purpose with more clothes!
