Encantador loft en el centro de Lisboa, Lisboa vida boa 5

El encantador apartamento "Lisboa Vida Boa 5" tiene capacidad para 5 personas, está ubicado en un distrito popular y no turístico de Lisboa, en el centro de la ciudad real. El apartamento está en el segundo piso, sin ascensor, de un hermoso edificio recientemente renovado.
Hay una gran sala de estar, una cocina, una pequeña terraza, dos dormitorios, un baño. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble, el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales (que se pueden unir o separar según las expectativas del huésped) y en la sala de estar hay un sofá cama.
Hemos renovado y renovado completamente el apartamento en marzo de 2014, cuidando con pasión y respeto las características arquitectónicas del apartamento (75 m²) para resaltar su belleza.
El encanto del ático, con suelos de parquet, muebles elegantes, detalles simples y refinados.
Hay una pequeña terraza donde puedes tomar un descanso, comer y beber un vaso en un silencio que te hace olvidar que estás en el centro de una capital europea.
Nos gusta dar la bienvenida a nuestros huéspedes, brindándoles, si así lo solicitan, toda la ayuda que necesitan para aprovechar al máximo su estadía en Lisboa. Escribimos un pequeño libro agradable, con consejos y sugerencias sobre los puntos favoritos de la población local, tascas, restaurantes, pubs, centros culturales y servicios útiles como transporte local, farmacia, etc.
El apartamento está ubicado en el centro, puede llegar fácilmente a Rossio, la plaza principal de Lisboa, a 10 minutos a pie, la estación de metro más cercana (Martim Moniz) está a 250 metros del apartamento. También puede llegar fácilmente al Barrio Alto a pie, donde la vida nocturna es mejor, caminar hasta el castillo y el distrito de Alfama. A 5 minutos a pie, "o Miradour hacen de Santa Senhora do Monte, el Miradouro más bello de la ciudad, detrás de otro maravilloso miradouro da Graca".

Lovely place

We absolutely loved this apartment. Centrally located and easy to get to transit if we wanted to explore other parts of the city. Quiet and spacious. We enjoyed breakfasts on the patio and running down to the grocery store below if we needed anything. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent séjour dans un appartement impeccable à tous niveaux !

Un emplacement idéal en dehors du bruit de la ville mais à 10 minutes à pied du centre.. d’ailleurs tout est accessible à pied à Lisbonne Il ne manquait aucun équipement, la literie était parfaite, le contact avec la propriétaire était très rapide et les clés nous attendaient dans la box Petite épicerie au pied de l’immeuble où nous allions chercher quelques produits frais pour le petit déj, pour le reste on mange partout pour pas très cher dans la ville J’y retournerai sans hésiter et vous recommande vivement cet apparentement 2 chambres à coucher 2 petites terrasses !

Week long stay

Nice loft apartment. Convenient to transport and main attractions. The host was pleasant and informative on the neighborhood. The place was clean and tidy. There was 55 steps to get to the lift not a problem for us, seems to be the norm for the area. Nice mini market next door that basically had everything needed.

Die Wohnung ist in einem katastrophalen Zustand, komplett durchgelegene Matratzen, Balkonaussicht auf Müllhalde, Möblierung total verwohnt. Woher die guten Rezessionen kommen ist nicht nachvollziehbar! Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in keinster Weise.

Not what we expected

Knowing that most places in Lisbon have stairs, I searched out an apartment that had fewer stories since my husbands back is bad and I am 74 years old. The description showed 2 stories and I figured that would be the best I could get. The trip up 55 stairs was dreadful - and not as described in write-up. The patio and living room chairs were awful. The balcony had a green screening up to hide the state of disrepair in the area viewed - plus a mop and other cleaning materials. Nothing that could be enjoyed while sitting outside. Wish I could add pictures! When asked how tv worked, we were told to try changing the selection. Gave up on that. Location was only positive. Taking our garbage out to the end of the street and around the corner was an added negative, along with slanted ceilings which leave great goose eggs on your head.

Fantastic Stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in the attic apartment. The host was so helpful and kind. The apartment is clean, well furnished, and was great for our girls trip. The bathroom is a bit smaller, but the water pressure in the shower is good. The AC worked so well! The bedroom terrace has a beautiful view. The beds were clean and comfortable. The only thing to note is that there are several flights of stairs and no elevator—if stairs are not your thing then probably should look elsewhere. The apartment is in a very walkable neighborhood and in a centralized location—we were less than a 20/30 min walk from the major sites. I would absolutely stay here again.

Family trip in Lisbon

Apartment has been renovated in a lovely way, many details are really nice. Apartment is well equipped. Nice view to one hill of Lisbon. Quite loud, but very typical neighborhood, with several small stores and restaurants. Nice and relaxing small park about 200m away. Receiving the keys was not very personal, sinxe we just got a code for a key box, but wirhout any problems. Overall a good accomodation for a stay in Lisbon.

Close to Martim Moniz metro

This was our first stop in Portugal, so we were kind of booking "blind" in terms of the neighbourhood as we didn't know the layout of Lisbon. The main thing was that we wanted somewhere close to a metro...the apartment is about an 5 minute walk to Martim Moniz station, which was convenient for us. We found the neighbourhood to be more multicultural than other neighbourhoods. There's a flight of stairs to go into the apartment (no elevator), but it was only slightly annoying when bringing our luggage up and down...other than that it was fine. We found Lisbon to be very walkable and for longer distances we always had the metro. I had initial contact with Susanna, but I was dealing with Maria while I was in Lisbon. Both were great and helped with my questions. The self check-in was easy and just picked up the keys from a lock box. Overall...a great first stop in Portugal...a great country!

First time visitors

The apartment was cute, clean, comfortable and well located. A great feature was the little supermarket next door! The metro station, tram, and buses are just a couple of blocks down the street. We’re able to go anywhere we wanted and felt welcomed. The owner was accommodating, the instructions easy to follow, and they even have some important information available upon arrival. Overall we had a great time visiting Lisbon despite the fact we managed to be at the same time as the Pope!

Charming, clean and well located!

We stayed as a couple is this lovely attic apartment for 3 days, summer 2023. We loved it! The apartment is ideally located at less than 5 minutes walking distance from one of the city center main square and its subway station. It is quiet, clean, very comfortable, and well equipped. Useless to say how Lisbon and its surroundings have so much to offer.

Close to the centre

Although the area where the apartment is based is a little run down. It was very quiet and about a 20 minute walk to central Lisbon. The hill is fairly steep for anyone with mobility issues but otherwise fine. The host was responsive to requests before and during our stay. No issues at all to report. An enjoyable time in the city and a comfortable stay in the apartment

Great location.

This apartment is in a quiet area of Lisbon but an easy 3 minute walk to a metro station which makes travelling around Lisbon, super easy. The host was super helpful the entire time. Would stay here again, it was perfect for us.

Beautiful apartment in non-Tourist area

We were in Lisbon for vacation. We enjoyed the apartment. It was very clean and decorated nicely. Air conditioning worked perfectly during our visit as it was a hot week. The listing accurately describes the place. We planned to stay in the apartment for 4 nights. We changed our reservation to two nights only because we wanted to be stay in a more central area. Susanna was a wonderful host and easy to contact.
