room was dirty when we got it so i went to the office to complain and got another room but there was a door that connects both room and door was broken and the door knob was missing in its place they had a paper nabking in the hole ac was not working properly neighbors next room were real noeicy could not sleep good the frist night stay was terrble over all will never get any reservation on this hotel

I called before and after reserving the room to make sure, I get a downstairs, first floor room. When I called I was told that there was first floor room available, but once I got there, NO downstairs room available.

The location was great, right off the interstate, check was great. My check in was compromised due to Hotel agreement with Expedia, the lady working from desk made it an easy process. The hotel rooms are infested with roaches
