We love this property. Situated on a small hill top, it overlooks surrounding area. The rooms are big and spacious. The hotel has a swimming pool and a fire pit. Wegmans is nearby. Dutch Wonderland and Amish country are all closeby.

I liked the convenience of hotel to the places I visited. The room set up is great. There was a kitchen table to play games on and a full size refrigerator for the food. It is the perfect room for a getaway trip.

This has been my go-to hotel in Lancaster for years. The quality of service, the cleanliness of the rooms, it never disappoints. I particularly like the coinless laundry facilities. No other Residence Inn that I've been to has that. I expected another good experience, and I got one.

During our 3 nights stay we did not get housekeeping services. In day 2 we requested it at the front desk and by early evening the room was still not serviced. The front desk staff were not helpful or responsive when the request was made and complaint reported at time of checkout.

Perfect location to get to downtown Lancaster and Hershey Park. Pool is on the smaller side, but still did the trick for my 10 and 8 year old. Decent breakfast to start off your day, too! Staff was friendly.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although we like all Residents Inns, the room in this one was setup nicer than others. The hiking trails within walking distance was a plus.

Surprisingly inferior housekeeping service

I stayed here 4 nights and housekeeping never changed the bed linens and only took the dirty towels and trash once. The TV and some lighting kept tripping a fuse and went off several times. I was advised to flip the breaker myself and when I indicated I did not know which one , the front desk person went to my room to show me. I have stayed at this facility twice over the last year and never had such a negative experience. Further, even though there was a cooktop in the room, there were no pots or pans in the cupboard to use it.

Nice stay near entertainment and shopping. Nice room with plenty of space and good amenities. Only drawback, the maids didn’t show up the only time they were scheduled. Your would think with today’s technology, the management could track this better.
