Food and drinks were great, room was clean and areas were well taken care of. Got in the “Hot Tub/Sauna” was more like a lukewarm tub. Called front desk and they said they would send maintenance but sat for 45 mins and no one came. Told front desk on my way out that one of your amenities was not up to par. Still seemed dismissed as “oh well, do you want the charges to stay on your card on file?” Just a little below par from what I would expect.

The property was very clean . It was a private getaway. There was good to be purchased on the premises. The pool and hot tub were clean and operable in the winter. We loved it! The shower water did not get that hot. It was warm. The television was placed in a weird place in the room. It was hard to watch in bed. The room was clean.

So pleased with this Courtyard. Our room was available earlier than we expected. The lobby was cozy and a nice place to sit for a few quiet moments in the morning. The staff was professional and so helpful.
