A private pier allows you to bring your own boat or rent a boat from one of our local partners and enjoy an amazing time on the water. This property is situated with easy walking access to the community park with a lot of recreation options. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features everything you will need for a week at the lake. A beautifully upgraded kitchen with dining spaces both indoors and outdoors. Large windows in the living room allow you to soak up those lake views!

Great location with beautiful lake view. The house was clean but unfortunately had infestation of flies in second floor bedroom ( bunk beds) and also flies in bathroom vent on ceiling. Back door to patio does not have working lock ( door opens easily by pushing or pulling on door). Would have appreciated well working kitchen appliances ( coffee maker outdated ) and an toaster versus toaster oven. Garbage Disposal was not working therefore unable to use. Water temperature set very hot so required careful adjusting not to scald. The cost for early check in could have been more reasonable and devoid of taxes. The host was easy to contact.

Great family getaway

This house was clean, in a great location, and convenient all the way around. We truly enjoyed being directly on the lake. Our favorite part was sitting on the patio at night doing a fire (bring your own wood).

Sunset Views Delavan Lakefront home review

Place was great. Great home, backyard deck area and also lake edge deck area as well. Spacious near-flat lawn between house and lake front for games. Nice dock and dock access for our boat. On end of lake very near public park for launching. Room at house for several+ vehicles and the boat trailer(s). Fire pit (bring your own wood). Weber charcoal grill. Great sunsets as the house and deck face West across lake. Wifi internet server access went down 2nd morning and agency had modem replaced and running again within a few hours. Dishwasher didn't work and was going to need a service visit at later date when able to be scheduled. 2nd floor bathroom had shower tub but the celling above was on roof slope and would not allow most adults to stand up fully in shower. 1st floor full bath and shower were fine.

Relaxing Lake Retreat for Connecting with Friends & Family

This is a beautiful property on Lake Delavan! We took a four day weekend with three couples and our kids (ages 2-10). We could not have been happier with this home. The best feature is that you can open your door and walk right down to the lake. The pier is very well maintained and very spacious for sitting or fishing. The kids brought their fishing poles and within minutes were catching perch and blue gill. Walking back up to the lake you have a beautiful stone patio and a lengthy amount of lawn which was perfect for running around. Directly outside the home you have a great firepit and a charcoal grill. We spent most of our time outside since between the lake, the lawn, and the patio it was foolish to spend anytime inside even with though the temperature dropped to the 40s at night. The house itself is spacious and well kept. The kitchen is very big and full of the items we needed to cook for so many people every night. The area is quiet. Perfect for a quick morning run and a two minute walk from a park with a beach. We rented a boat and went tubing. We swam off the pier. We fished. We made a fire and laughed together. It was perfect. Highly recommend anyone making the trip to Delavan consider this home. Thank you!
