For the price, I think the property is great! Outdated though they have everything you need, room was clean, staff is very friendly, my grandkids loved the kids area!

Room was clean. Indoor waterpark and splash pool was great for toddlers. Various slides exist in separate pools for older kids too.
No breakfast was served. / Some of the blankets on the bed were dirty upon arrival

This is a great low cost dells option for those with small kids. It’s a super 8 style hotel with water park amenities. We did our research and with a 2.5 year old and 15 month old thought the value was very good.

I loved the amenities there at the hotel
I love all of the swimming facilities and the outdoor grilling area as well! They keep the rooms fairly clean for a standard hotel, but if it’s nice you’re mostly outside swimming in their awesome outdoor pool or if it’s a crummy day there’s two other great pool areas to splash and relax at. I’ve stayed twice and I’ve booked for a third time already this year!
The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms and overall hotel are very clean. The property is quite dated and some things- like the elevator- could use some servicing. The all day coffee amenity isn’t from fresh carafes, it’s from a machine where you dispense your own. While we were sleeping we could hear through the walls into the hallways and into other peoples rooms. Overall I’m not displeased with this hotel, the value is there and had we I’d come during the peak season the Waterpark tickets would have been a nice bonus. I do think that this is a great family hotel for the price. But for adults looking to do a weekend getaway there are other places to stay with some updated features.
The bathroom was filthy. Would not recommend this hotel at all, Bathroom also kept clogging and they did not have "Staff" available for that so they made me fix it myself. With all the problems in our two night stay they never offered to change rooms or offer a partial refund. I will say it again would NOT recommend.
The indoor waterpark was perfect for my 9 year old!

Good location near all the sights you need to see and great that you get the waterpark passes with the stay.
The hotel was overall average. We did struggle with having to replace our key card 2 days in a row due to them mysteriously not working. However, my main concern was the overall smell of the hallway and rooms. We could smell mildew in the rooms and even worse in the dresser where the smell rubbed off on our clothes in the drawers. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
