The pillows in the room were horrendous. My neck was hurting the entire trip. I did love how there is a skywalk to the water park but the park was very dirty. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was friendly. I was asked daily about doing a timeshare presentation and they were relentless. I started to get inpatient continuously telling them no.

I wish they would specify better on which hotel that you are staying at because they have so many I loved the room it was spacious and clean. I communicated with the front desk through text, which was very convenient. The only problem I had was getting lost, trying to get back to my room. I stopped and asked a couple of the workers that was outside of a room looking at videos on a phone she gave me the wrong directions, and I ended back up on the floor that I originally was on. I told her that was not the right way she started being very rude I could not understand what she said her name was because I did ask it sounded like it started with a S she has a accent. I was just asking for help there was no reason to be rude.

Overall was a nice time. Our room started off with wasp flying around out of no where but maintenance responded quickly to fix the issue. Was able to enjoy comfortably after that. Room that we got was really spacious and nice. Waterpark was interesting. Theme park was nice as well. Definitely will visit again.

The front desk staff were amazing:friendly and helpful. The room, however, did not appear to have been cleaned properly. The bathroom sinks had dust and hair all over the countertops ,and in the jet tub. There was also a sticky brown glob of something adhered to the bottom of the tub. Seeing that made me wonder about the cleanliness of everything else not so visible to the eye. There was also an issue with a piece of the floor trim sticking up in the kitchen area that left a painful scrape on the bottom of my foot. Luckily no cut though. All in all we had fun, but I wouldnt stay here again because basic hygiene is important to me!

Great accommodations for a family vacation. Large rooms that have two bedrooms, living area and a small kitchen area with a full size refrigerator. There is almost no need to go out to eat as kitchen is stocked with most cookware. It is within walking distance to the water park and easy to come and go between the two.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and stayed in communication the entirety of our visit. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space with 4 kids ranging from two 15yr old boys and two 8yr old girls. We definitely will be staying here again for our yearly visits.

Relaxing Fun Trip

From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out this place was amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and grounds. Walking distance to Mt Olympus. Each day we parked right outside our hotel. We had the 2 queen suite which had 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen area. Living room, fireplace and balcony. Room was clean. At checkin I was sent a text from the front desk and anytime we had a question or needed something I sent a text and it was answered quickly. We needed a dishwasher pod for our room. Texted. And bam within minutes they were knocking at our door delivering one. Wouso recommend to anyone and would stay here again.

Perfect family stay

Tyler was wonderful at check-in and explained everything and answered all the questions. He made it quick and easy to get checked in which was nice after the drive there. The room was.wonderful, clean, and the AC kept it nice and cool throughout our stay. 10/10 would recommend and 100% will stay again in the future.
