Welcome to 403A – Two Bedroom Condo. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features a full kitchen, dining table, and comfortable living room, making it ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. Step out onto your private balcony to take in peaceful views of the Spring Brook Golf Course. Conveniently located just across the street from the clubhouse, this condo offers easy access to all the resort amenities.

Additional Details:
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM
- Base rate includes 6 guests (ages 3+)
- Each additional guest over 6 is $15 per person, per night + tax, with a maximum of 8 guests
- Minimum age to reserve is 18 (non-family groups must all be 18+)

Payment Policy:
If your booking is made more than 30 days before check-in, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date require payment in full at the time of booking.

Security Deposit Policy:
A $250 credit card hold will be placed on the day of check-in and released after check-out, as long as there are no damages, extra cleaning charges, or smoking violations.

Exactly as advertised - perfect for our Girls'Weekend! ONLY complaint is that dishwasher had to be emptied, dishes put away before the 10 am check out. And not a fan of Jack & Jill bathrooms, but wasn't an issue. Thank you for sharing with us!

We enjoyed our stay. Most importantly, it was clean and quiet. Kitchen very well stock and loved having laundry in the unit. Pools and playground were very nice. Only negative was ants in the grass. We would stay here again!

Great condo and great location

The condo was more spacious than I anticipated and easily fit 6 Adults and 3 kids. The sofa sleeper is huge and the open layout is great. The pools on site are very nice if you need a break from the water parks. Just a great spot all in all.

Great condo and experience!

The whole process from setting it up online to emails, calls and confirmations was super easy and didn't have any issues. All of the staff I spoke with her super nice and helpful. The condo was adorable, clean and everything we needed for the night! I would definitely stay there again!

Very spacious and comfortable place to stay. Very conveniently located to Dells attractions, Walmart, and ski areas. The photos you will see however are a bit misleading as this is one of the nicer units. Our unit had the same layout, but was not as nicely appointed as the one shown in the photos.

Great location, but I thought over priced

The location was great. Close to everything in the Dells. Right across the street from the main bldg. We spent most evenings playing darts in the bar. I thought having to buy our own coffee filters was a bit ridiculous considering the price we were paying for the unit. Would've been nice if the balcony had been accessible through the living room & not just the main bedroom.

Overall Impression Was Favorable

We rented this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath end unit for a weekend getaway with another couple. Overall we were very happy with the unit. Nicely furnished and equipped. Furniture was comfortable and beds were too. We only had two issues we were not happy about. The walls that context the next unit are NOT soundproof at all and we could literally hear complete conversations coming from the family next door and they were not being noisy, just visiting with one another. If there had been a group of partiers next door it would have been an issue with the noise level. The second issue we had was in the bedroom with 2 queen beds the Windows were not built to open and the room got pretty stuffy and we were there in March. They did have a ceiling fan which helped but it would have been nice to have fresh air. The resort has a nice restaurant and bar. Food was good as was the service. Nice to not have to worry about driving home after having a few cocktails! Overall we were happy with the unit and it was spacious and perfect for what we needed!
