At 2:30 AM. The fire drill went off. Everyone exited well no pushing or shoving. 3 fire trucks 2 first responder trucks handled Very well. Weather was good so not cold I did think some water and some bathroom access would have been nice. No apologies given. No discounted breakfast It was a very long 1/1/2 hours to get back to the room. No sleep for us.

Just here for an overnite stay. Hotel and staff were all fine. Only problem there were no bath towels in the bathroom. This was not discovered until my husband took a shower in the morning and only had hand towels to dry off with. Had we realized it in the evening we would have called the desk for bath towels to be brought up to our room.

Very clean and comfortable. Had loud neighbors kids running down the halls and yelling after midnight on our first night. No parental supervision on that part. Second night no issues at all ☺️

Very nice hotel in the Wisconsin Dells. The hotel is recently updated, has a friendly staff and a nice bar & lobby area.

We arrived around 7. We were given a room key to someone else's room. Our room was ok but outdated. A construction worker informed me they were remodeling the 4th floor down. Breakfast was ok but the cool to order was horrible. My kids wouldn't even eat it. Everything was just ok. I always thought Hiltons were exceptional but this time I was disappointed.

We have stayed at Hiltons before and have ALWAYS have problems with the WIFI and did again. It would go in and out and we couldn't use some apps on our phone. We never have this problem at other hotels. Why? Check in was slow because there was only one person working the desk and it was prime check in time. Otherwise, the lobby is very pleasing, the Sunday breakfast was very good with lots of choices and the staff were great. Our room was nice although the bed was too hard for me. The pillows at Hiltons are not the best. The city closed down and we couldn't find anywhere to go after the concert and the lounge in the hotel closed at 10:00 pm.

I had to request for new bed covering, because the one that was on the bed was dirty. I didn't call the front desk because I mentioned it to a cleaning person who was already on the floor and he immediately changed the covers.

Nice hotel if you are paying the regular $99/night. Not much of a pool for the kids. Decent workout room. Lobby is nice. Rooms were clean but beds REALLY need to be replaced. Manager said overhaul coming in January 2017. Hotel staff were VERY friendly.

I guess trying to save money does not pay, once I was checked in I didn't get any information. And after finding out I booked through another site I got even less information. Very overpriced for what I was there for.

It was a wonderful experience. Very nice hotel to stay.

At 9 a.m. Someone knocked on every door in our hallway stating in a heavy accent what I believe was "housekeeping" but couldn't tell for sure. Unfortunately I was a quite startled as I'd just gotten out of shower. I watched (through peephole) the man go into any rooms that he didn't hear a reply ....glad I heard him.... Could have been quite embarrassing!

I stayed here on my way to my final destination. It was a great room with a super-friendly staff.

Really nice place to stay, friendly staff and clean rooms

Was quite pleased with this hotel. It was just one night stay, 2 adults, no kids. We got great rate on a King Suite which was a very nice size. Some of the furniture was scuffed up but nothing to bad. Really loved the balcony that came with the room, quite unusual for hotel at this price level. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Very close to all the Automotion action. Clean and quiet room. I would stay there again.

Good experience, clean friendly. Great location, walking distance or a short drive. Plenty of parking. Nice indoor pool area.

Our stay at the here was extremely easy and delightful. The hotel is very conveniently located to all types of attractions. While we were there for shopping at the outlet mall it was also convenient to downtown where we did enjoy dinner. I would recommend it to anyone. We did not take advantage of the swimming pool or hot tub area but it too looked great!

We booked a suite, quite comfortable, no specific areas of improvement. The staff was helpful and allowed us to use some of their public tables to accommodate an impromptu birthday party. There aren't too many options in Wisconsin Dells, so this one easily tops the list.

Overall I was very pleased with my stay, the staff is very friendly and the location is great.

My wife and I along with my sister and brother in law were on a kayaking getaway. Our hotel was centrally located to our kayaking put in and many restaurant choices. Breakfast at the hotel was most excellent and very reasonably priced. You had a choice of almost anything you could want. The omelets were made to order and were my favorite. Coffee, tea, and lemonade were complimentary throughout the day along with cookies in the evening. The rooms were quiet, spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff was always smiling, and polite. We would definitely stay here again.
