After checking in & saw the room it was disgusting. Health department should he notified. Stains on carpet. Broken widows .we immediately checked out & demanded a full refund. Their website is deceiving & needs to be updated looks nothing like the pictures. I wouldn't let my dog stay there.

Made the reservation by mistake so I tried calling left messages and nobody returned my call so I decided to still make the trip. When I got there, the lobby was locked so you have to ring the bell. When I went in, it stink like dog pee, and poop as a matter of fact, there was a dog turd in the lobby. The lady was really nice though, she apologized for the accident and proceeded to clean it, but the strong odor seemed like it’s been there for days. Room was very spacious and clean. The floors needed to be swept and mopped, I had brand new socks on and they got dirty real quick. The bathroom was stocked and organized but it was missing washcloths. Bed was comfortable. Not bad for $60/night.

Not a good experience

The room had only one light in it. There was a hole in the bathroom door. No top sheet on one bed and pillowcase looked to be dirty. Electric base heater falling wall. In bathroom open bar of soap and we didn't open it. Bottle of shampoo was a partial bottle left over. In all we didn't stay!

Stay away!!!! Dirty, not enough curtains on first floor room. No smoke alarm Peeling paint on bath room floor. Towels smelled like smoke. No toiletries in room. One small light en entire room. Room wasn’t clean. Would never stay again.

I was told where room was but how to get in was not explained except by some staying there or worked there. There was no towels and extra toilet paper. No one came to clean the room when i was out of it for a 5 hours.

Had to ring a doorbell to check in which was unanswered for hours. Room was unclean, electrical outlet was hanging outside of the wall, a few bugs were found squashed on the wall. Curtains did not cover the window so we hung our own beach towel to have privacy because the room had no towels in it. Tried to request towels but the doorbell was not answered. We Felt unsafe so not recommended

We've traveled over seas, and stayed in some dumpy motels at times, but this rates among the worst. The room had not been cleaned, the office staff was not helpful. We left and found another motel.

We were so disappointed. The room had no towels or sheets on the bed. No soap or coffee or cups. Towels were promised but never delivered. Railings on the steps are broken. The outlets don’t have covers. Bathroom seemed partially renovated.
No wall decor- not sure what is going on with the ceiling, possible leak repair?

DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked this hotel for 2 nights through Expedia. Upon arrival, my travel companion and I were told that the hotel had been overbooked and the only room they had "available" was a room where a pipe had recently burst and the room was dirty but that we could stay in it if we wanted.....as if anyone actually is going to say yes to staying in a dirty room with a burst water pipe. We scrambled to find a last minute hotel room which ended up costing me an additional $70 because it was so last minute. River Road told me my money would be returned to me within a few days. Its been 2 weeks and still NO REFUND. Expedia and myself have called over and over leaving messages (the calls always go straight to voicemail) and still nothing. I have to accept at this point that i will never see that money again.

Went to check in, was told IMMEDIATELY they didnt have rooms even though we had a reservation. They didnt ask for a name, NOTHING They just wanted to take our money and laugh in our face. Stay elsewhere, if all else fails theres a nice dumpster, im sure it would provide better service and be more accommodating
