My family chose this hotel for a quick overnight stay while visiting relatives in the area. My brother and his family were also staying at the same hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was so poor that we ultimately decided to drive 2.5 hours home in the snow rather than spend the night. Our first room was located next to the pool and had a strong musty odor that made my eyes burn. I ran the heat hoping to reduce the moisture, but when we returned from visiting family several hours later, the smell was just as bad. When I went to the front desk to request a room change, the staff member was more focused on his phone and playing the slot machines than assisting guests. After explaining the issue, my brother mentioned that when he'd checked in the night before, he was told our families could be placed near each other. The employee questioned why I hadn't complained about the smell earlier before finally giving us a new room. The replacement room was only two doors down from the original and reeked of cigarette smoke despite being designated non-smoking. When we returned to the front desk to report this second problem, we found the same employee back at the slots, still on his phone. It was clear he had no interest in resolving the situation. At that point, we decided to cut our losses, check out, and make the long drive home rather than endure another substandard room or continue dealing with unhelpful staff. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Staff was completely apathetic. Sisters room smelled like mold/mildew, they let us move her two doors down, which smelled like cigarettes in addition to musty. She wound up driving home instead of staying. Acted like we were inconveniencing him when we asked for additional towels. Breakfast was nothing but carbs. No yogurt, eggs, sausage, or fruit. Only bagels, toast and waffle.

Room had roaches I asked for a refund for my second night stay and the younger girl upfront was rude and the older lady was no help. Found a condom package in our room and dirty towels and sheets. Breakfast was just a waffle maker lol. Whole building smelled terrible of some strong odor . Would not recommend. Then they tried to recharge me for the room .

There continental breakfast was waffles and cereal not a true continental breakfast. They did not clear the entrance of snow and ice which caused my friend to fall, and they didn't even apologize. It took me asking them to fix the issue for them to salt or shovel the snow and ice. There was no staff at the desk we had to call them to check out and they didn't always answer right away. They did let us check out late without an additional cost which was nice. They only had a pool not hot tub which was what we were expecting to help my friends back feel better after falling. There seemed to be a total lack of respect and care for the guests safety.
