The check in staff were the only good part. The hotel itself is pretty trashy. Our hotel room had ripped curtains on the window and the ac/heat unit was barely hanging onto the wall. The rooms are pretty small & conjoining so if you want to get sleep I wouldn’t stay here. We ended up leaving after 20 minutes checking in and going to a different hotel.

Mold growing EVERYWHERE in the shower, on bathroom floor...Windows at front entrance and pool area have probably never been cleaned...No towels in pool We were given a "cleaner" room after I told them I was contacting the health dept...I actually still should to protect others!!!

Great hotel. Comfy bed. BUT..... was told when double checking that wle would be allowed to have our bunny in the room as long as it stayed in the cage. Even during check in front desk saw the bunny in the cage. Next day we were infomed the pet was not allowed and we would be charged $200 for the pet. Finally after owner confirmed the night mgr allowed the pet, the $200 was waved but told we had to check out even though we said the bunny would not be in the room. Kind of a stupid way to handle it. Lost our business for that 2nd night and for future years as we are in town every year!! A true professional businessman would have said WE screwed up so there wont be a fine plus you are welcome to continue your stay. Without the pet of course...
