The hotel had a nice patio that that had picnic tables and what accommodate gatherings. The fitness room had space to work out on the floor and also machines, however at least one machine wasn't working and the others did not feel like they were in good condition. There was rarely someone at the desk when you needed someone. We had a handicap room and the bed was way too high for ADA so my husband kept falling. We had to go buy our own bedrail. The room was very wet and humid even with air conditioning. So wet my pants were soaked through when kneeling. Nothing would dry that was hung up for the day including towels or workout clothes. There was a musky almost moldy smell. They did not have any solutions to fix this issue such as a dehumidifier. We were incredibly uncomfortable all weekend, paid a lot, and while the room was technically accessible, they need to make improvements to adequately meet the needs of someone with quadrapalesia.
I liked that it was convenient and close to everything. I didn't like that they didn't provide breakfast.
Room was clean and the staff was super friendly/accommodating.
The property was very clean, the staff was nice. My only complaint was that we checked in, pretty late on a cold January night, and when we got to the room it was FREEZING. The heat was completely off and it took about 3 hours to get comfortable enough to sleep. Why turn the heat off in the middle of January?!
This place was amazing clean and comfortable! The customer service was Amazing. ❤️❤️❤️
It is a clean basic hotel. Close to where we needed to be. Although it only had a Micro sized pool, it didn't charge a 'resort' fee, like all the other hotels in Dells do for the same type of non amenities. If you have to be in the Dells for a convention or tournament, this is a good place to stay.
Good location, affordable and very clean. I would stay here again
The rooms were nice and clean however the heater which is in the wall is very load when it kicks on. Otherwise for the price, it is very nice.
Clean and feel safe but still able to hear chatting noise from the next room. Some white guest doesn't have respect for other race.
Free parking-free internet-coffee-close to my conference hall-close to restaurants.
everything was good, was newly updated in room. Food room was bigger than most.
I liked that is was a nice and clean area not too close to all the hustle and bustle but still in walking distance for a lot of things.
The manager Sunny runs a great property. You can tell everyone here has pride in their work. Thanks for the great stay.

Thank you for your feedback! I apologize for the inconvenience. We do keep heating on at certain temperature but accidentally must have skipped this room.
