I booked this stay through Orbitz. I booked it as pay once I get to the property and Orbitz took the money for the whole stay before we even arrived at the property for our stay. Orbitz took the whole payment the day before we were even there at the hotel. So the Orbitz site is really misleading when it comes to that. They shouldn’t offer the pay once you get to the property/hotel if they are still gonna take the whole payment before you arrive there. It’s very misleading.

Breakfast was plain. Eggs, sausage and pancakes Noisy rooms. You can hear everything in your room from the halllway. Beds are hard. Showers have cloth curtains so you flood the bathroom. This by far is the worst HI I've stayed at.

Very strong chlorine smell in our room and hallway. Enough to make my kids feel sick over it. Heard EVERYTHING from the room above us. Every step, every time the shower was on, every time the toilet flushed... very hard to enjoy our room and sleep with that.
