Best Western Baraboo Inn

Great Value. Staff was absolutely outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is attending a convention in Wisconsin Dells. Just a few miles away and about half the price.

Nicely remodeled hotel with a friendly staff. The rooms were clean and actually the nicest best western roooms we have stayed in.

Desk clerks super good, mattress comfy but this seems to be a party stop. Didnt realize how much gambling in area. Walls are paper thin. You can hear conversation as clear as if they were with us. Constant coming and goings all night long with doors slamming, loud talking and we swore the people above us were moving furniture all night. We were moved by the professional desk clerk after first night but second room wasnt any better. After a 14 hr. Drive, we didnt get much rest.. seems like this was not built by BW, but purchased so not the standard. Nice pool and hottub.

Good location to the different attractions in the area.

Nice staff and the breakfast was a nice treat to the stay. It was located in a nice quiet area and there was plenty of parking. Easy to check in and easy to check out. Very cute little town but close enough to a small city.

Nice big hot tub in pool area. Roomy breakfast area with good selection.

The breakfast and area amenities are a real perk for our employees. They always ask to stay here.

A nice place to stay. Nothing super special but clean and the staff is what made the stay very comfortable.

only thing wrong was smokers in front of front door. they need designated area away from front door.

This was our second stay here. Last time was a year ago. Staff is always friendly and the room clean. The bed is very firm whether you like that or not! Hallway carpets were filthy. I had remembered that from last year, so they haven't been cleaned?? However, based on other hotel reviews, this is the better of the hotels in the town.

Good price and location. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room one day but the night manager brought us extra towels. We would stay again.

This is a filthy hotel. Carpet stained in many locations. Loose tile on bathroom floor. Toilet that constantly ran. Garbage piled by one entrance door. Will never stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic, clean, better than the other hotels we've been at in this area!

First appearance of hotel when walking in was pretty good. The young girl at the desk was friendly enough, but lacked experience . But once we got to our floor to get to our room, things' changed quickly. The carpet in the hallway had large black marks, which looked liked tire marks. Lots of dust along the baseboards and other stains in carpet. Our room looked to be clean and fresh when we entered, but you could tell that it was mainly a surface clean. Again, dust along baseboards where the vacuum couldn't pick it up and food crumbs behind the night stand. But then one more glitch, went to take a shower and the water wouldn't drain from the tub unless we held the tab down. Called down and told young lady and she seemed not to know what to do. Asked for different room and she obliged. Get in the next room, same level of cleaning. Big stains in carpet by refrigerator, and cover plates falling of outlet. HUM!!!!!!!! Now I know its off season, but when I talked to the day guy. He seemed really surprised that they had these problems. And he wasn't made aware of them till now. HUM! We wanted to check out of our second day, and were told because we booked threw a third party we would lose our money So I guess we will never do that again. And, OH, we had several club members book rooms for our event and they all had similar experiences.

Friendly helpful staff and clean facility. Well worth it.

Warm bed during visit to Baraboo for a winter wedding. The staff was friendly. The room had a whirlpool tub but the mattress wasn't the most comfortable. The cooked-to-order breakfast was good, but not fast if you're in a rush.

We prefer breakfast buffet, Coffee in lobby ran out , Pool area not clean, Staff friendly and helpful Beds comfortable, Rooms promised not available, accepted alternative though

Needs TLC on cleanliness in public areas. Entry greets you with overflowing ashtray outside. Hall carpets spotted everywhere. Yuk. Made you wonder if room was really clean (although it looked and felt clean). Bright part was the really nice, cheerful and very helpful staff. Hotel convenient to find and accessible to area attractions.

What a bargain! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Chose it so I wasn't right in the Dells. Good choice. Nice pool. Would stay again if in area.

Staff was very accomodating with bikes that we had with us. Saturday morning breakfast was disappointing, they ran out of eggs at 8:00 AM, eventhough they were going to serve breakfast up to 10:00 AM.
