We checked into our first room to discover there were large fresh blood stains on the mattress cover as well as a huge urine stain. It was clear the mattress pad had not been changed and a fresh sheet was just placed on top. It was disgusting. I’ve never been to a hotel where something like this happened. Would never stay at this hotel again.

We really didnt have high expectations being that it is a Best Western but it was perfect. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating, the room and bathroom were both clean and they had the most comfortable beds. Convenient location with dining options nearby.

Asked for turn down service and there wasnt any, was told to just bring our trash down stairs.... we were on the 3rd floor. Had to ask asking for towels, even at the pool. There was an exposed socket. Staff was nice enough i guess but definitely wont be going back

Nice place needs a little Ada upgrade

Great motel and staff. Ada needs some improvement ie: the bed and the sink are too high. They seem willing to fix those. I will find out in December.

Wonderful hotel...the only issue I had was that the bathroom sink/counter are not in the bathroom, they are in entry way.. there isn't a place in bathroom for you to put your clothes for shower,or toiletries,
