Very friendly and efficient staff. Well managed and inexpensive bar with multiple college games showing on a Saturday night. Large comfortable bed and room. More than worth the $130 plus tax/fees.

I was visiting the area to watch the 2017 eclipse and totality. The front desk was nice enough to give me a late check out that just happened to coincide with the end of the eclipse. The staff were all very pleasant and friendly including at the restaurant and bar. The room was very nicely prepared and clean. The pool and hot tub were clean and crystal clear.

The horizontal rain and gusty wind through the open breezeway (literal!) soaked us as we dashed the many yards from the airport to the hotel, but the hotel was very welcoming and pleasant. Check-in went fine and we appreciated the restaurant being open till 11:00 PM since we flew in at 10:15 PM. The salad bar was nondescript and the salmon slightly overcooked but the apple-stuffed sweet potato was a winner. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the pillows were soft and the usual amenities like a hair dryer (no robes) were provided, but no glasses in the bathroom. Thus we had to use the paper coffee cups. We couldn't get two of the news channels but a quick service call to the desk fixed it promptly. We stayed again on our return and all went well. Kudos to the bar's french dip. The hotel isn't the Ritz (thus not "five star") but is very nice and met all our needs.

I stayed at this hotel during a short business trip in Knoxville. The hotel is within walking distance to the airport. Staff is friendly, helpful. Rooms are clean. Restaurant has a delicious salad bar nightly with many healthy options. Food prices are good. Overall a great hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years as my family is in the Knoxville area and I go home to visit. They have recently completed a remodel of the facility and it's really nice! The rooms look great, I love the addition of the extra power outlets and the refrigerators. The staff was wonderful as usual and we got extra great service from Tina in Cooper's Restaurant and from Patricia in the sixth floor lounge. I can't wait for our next stay!

Very clean and updated room...easy access to airport

Old, tired rooms with no outlets for electronics. Tub didn't drain as fast as firehouse shower filled it. Great spot to leave car while flying out of TVS, very walkable from terminal

It was a nice, one-night stay at the hotel. I liked walking off my plane and checking right in to my room, however I can see how people wouldn't like the location. It was clean and worth the stay though. Thanks!

This is our 2nd stay here, it has a great location right at the airport. I was able to walk from my room and be at my airline within 5-10 minutes. Our room was decent, but worked since I had such an early flight. My only complaint was in the pool area, it is very small and there were no towels. But the towel issue was resolved after walking into the main hallway and calling the front desk.

Disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. I understand that hotels do age. I stay in many that have been well maintained and updated. This Hilton needs help. The tub had mold and mildew all around it. The shower head had line or calcium stains. The AC refused to go below what it read as 71. I assure you it was warmer than that. Time to update the shower valves as well. Very hard to balance hot and cold. Restaurant staff was great. Food was good as well. I had breakfast two mornings from the buffet and enjoyed it. Could not as the staff in the restaurant to be any nicer or attentive. Parking, unloading and loading bags. Need to figure this out. Terrible setup. Just not what a Hilton name should be hung on in my opinion. More like a comfort inn.

Nice hotel room and property was clean and staff was great we had family flying out to Vegas the next morning 1 minute walk to the airport you are right there we watched the plane take off and went back to the hotel had breakfast and they have a late checkout 1:00 pm.

Great pool and hot tub. Nice clean rooms. Nice to have room service although would have liked to be able to order movies. Staff very nice and helpful.

Stayed the night before an early morning flight to London, England. Parked car for free saving parking costs. Stayed the night of our return because we arrived at midnight. Made the trip so much better because we were rested before the long flight out and then got to sleep off the long flight back before driving home. Quiet and comfortable. Will do it again.

Loved the location. Walking distance from the airport.

Arrived on a late flight to find the airport restaurant already closed. After checking in I saw a woman cleaning up behind the bar right at the posted closing hour. Desperately hungry I asked her if there was any thing I could still order and without missing a beat I got a warm smile and a "Come on in girl!" 20 minutes, a burger and onion rings later I felt more ready to face my mom's cancer treatments just hours away. I wish I knew her name - she's a rock star of hospitality!

This hotel is a great option if you need a location at the airport. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is in desperate need of an update though. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls and there were no available electrical outlets in the room to plug in anything. Also, found a dead bug in the bathroom.

I typically leave from McGhee Tyson Airport on trips. The airport is over an hour and a half from my home, so I frequently stay at the Hilton when I have early morning flights. The free parking while I'm traveling is a nice perk and you can walk to the airport under a covered walkway.

We stayed here because we had a pre-dawn flight the next day. It was great, comfortable bed to get a good night's sleep (cut short by the alarm. ) We had a drink and a snack in the bar; very nice, good service. And the next morning, all we had to do was check out and walk to the airport next door. Wonderful!

Everyone was helpful and friendly. Totally convenient for our visit. We were looking at area real estate and it was easy to access from the interstate and the airport.

I always stay here when flying in or out, of Knox I like the later checkout, and staff is always accommodating in every request. Very comfortable beds, and rooms. Good lounge and restaurant,.
