The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and breakfast was good although the coffee in the room and at breakfast was awful. The location is great as it is close to the airport, a variety of restaurants and the mountains.

Had no problems at check in or out! Friendly staff!

nothing fancy but clean nice tv but lacking channels had ice machine that actually worked bathroom small sized with door closed little overpriced because of Tenn game weekend

We just needed a room for the night and wanted to stay close to the airport for an early morning flight. The common areas and room was very clean, and the staff was friendly. It took just a few minutes to get to the airport. The hotel definitely met all our needs.

We were back in Tennessee for our annual family reunion, held in the Smokies. We have stayed at other Motels in the area but I believe we'll be returning to the Quality Inn next year too. This Motel is close to restaurants, shopping & air travel. The room was quiet and the beds comfortable. We felt relaxed here, as if we were at home. See you next year...

We've stayed here on 3 other occasions when it was called Jameson Inn. Much better then. Our room was not cleaned daily. We had to ask for towels and the room to be vacuumed. Trucks in the parking lot with their refrigeration units running all night long. Came back to our room one afternoon to find all the doors on our floor open. The staff said they had to evacuate the hotel do to a water main break. I will not stay at this hotel ever again.

I booked the room , called and asked for non smoking rooms and was assured I will get non smoking. got to the hotel late at night, and the only rooms they had was smoking, took the rooms, the front desk said in the morning I will be moved to a non smoking room. I booked 2 nights. the room smelled very bad. Next morning went to the front desk and asked to be moved to a new room like promised, was told that they are not sure if they had non smoking available, and I need to come back around 3pm. It is not acceptable to be promised something and not hold the promise. Staff was not helpful. Avoid this place.

Staff was friendly, clean room. Would stay there again

Nice hotel, bed very comfortable, nice breakfast, would stay there again

This was our third stay here. Great hotel near the airport and only 15 minutes to down town Knoxville. Pet friendly. Our only disappointment was finding out we could have saved $20 booking directly with the hotel!

I love this hotel. Located in a great place. Never had a bad experience. Stayed here many times.

I was not faring very well when I arrived at the hotel. Doug displayed patience and a wonderful sense of humor which turned my horrible day into a smile. He is to be commended!! The room was nice and at a pleasing temperature. The staff was very professional and kind. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and very easy access. Very close to Knoxville and good distance from Neyland Stadium. Would stay here again!

air c was very noisy as were the water pipes from adjoining room especially when they showered at midnight.

Rooms were a little smaller . Location is great , nice pool , great breakfast buffet.

Efficient staff. Convenient to a couple of good restaurants. Great free breakfast (biscuits & gravy, do-it-yourself waffles). Particularly comfortable beds. No problems!

The hotel was alittle hard to find but all in all it was a good quiet location. we just stayed there one night because our relatives don't have the room for sleep over company and being its a five hour drive from our home it is best that we stay overnight. Although the beds were very uncomfortable, It was a nice hotel room the staff was wonderful and the Breakfast was very good.

Just overnight before flying out. Kind, considerate, the room was clean and the bed was good. Enjoyed my brief stay. Would like to see a little more variety at the breakfast bar.

Great staff, helpful, courteous. Enjoyed the waffles at breakfast

Very nice place, good rate through Orbitz. My brother stayed at the Holiday Inn Express just a block away, at a much higher rate. Ha Ha! Anyway, we may try a stay there again later this week if the rates hold! Thanks!
