Very comfortable and calm. Close to the city and Airport. Great Breakfest.

The hotel is perfect for 1-2 nighters who are traveling through. It's functional, friendly, clean, updated, and close to all restaurants, airport, etc. Ideal for business travelers mostly even though it has a pool.

We were made to feel most comfortable for a three days stay and the staff provided everything for us while there. It was especially helpful since we were there to attend a funeral for a family member. Thanks for the comfort.

This trip was all about relatives. We visited my sister, my sister-in-law and brother-in-law and my husband's great aunt and uncle. I really do enjoy the Knoxville area - restaurants are great and outlet shopping was very enjoyable. My husband and his brother went boating on a lake. Hotel was quiet even though next to the airport. Only drawback and this is really minor were the pillows - I could have used more.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was alright. The only downside was the very busy highway right outside of the hotel. It was a pain getting on it... Anyway, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Best in alcoa! Pool! Breakfast!! Clean and comfortable bed

Located across the highway from the airport and within walking distance to several restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly and offered great service. Only negative - remodeled bathroom counter sits in the corner of the bathroom space and the counter itself is very small.

Staff excellent, very accommodating. Convenient location and shuttle service, even to our son's house which is within 3 miles. Adequate food choices, but too much starch as are most breakfasts. Large bathroom could use more counter space. Bed and pillows very comfortable. We slept great. Nice Tennessee experience.

Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was a huge one and kept fresh.

We visited family. The hotel was so relaxing to come back to at night, and to have a leisurely start to our day in the morning. We like the cheesy omelet, and the coffee is great. (The scrambled eggs aren't good.:( We were even able to take the shuttle to our son's house so he didn't have to pick us up. The staff was extra friendly. Great bed, comfortable pillows. We returned to Wisconsin very rested.

The hotel was under renovation when I visited, which made me a little nervous initially. However, when I arrived, I didn't hear any construction. The lobby was clearly still going through some renovations but the staff informed me these would be complete in August 2010. The staff also told me about a local Italian place next door. I was able to order from my room and walked over 15 minutes later. The food was amazing and was in large portion sizes. The hotel breakfast the next morning was also well done.

My stay went very good. I stayed and was able to leave my car while I traveled. They took me to the airport and met me when I got back and took me to my car. It was very convenient. I will use it again.
