Great staff, great atmosphere. Really helped us throughout our stay. Ty!

Issues with breakfast. I'm a coffee person and no hot coffee...not even warm. Issues with the water to make it?? Food was also barely warm. If you're gonna have it, have it warm or stick to rolls and HOT coffee.

Checkin was very quick and efficient and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely go back if in the area.

The shuttle service is no longer available; (however, they did make other arrangements) The gym was not available The hotel staff were not friendly (front desk, maids, breakfast bar). All appeared to not like their job The room was in need of repair The breakfast bar was barely adequate. Not completely supplied. I would not stay here again

Great hote, great price, served our purpose very well!

very dirty, everywhere, in room, common areas inside and out. Shower Curtain rood broke- only hanging by 1 screw. Show curtain torn. Could not wait to get home to wash. NASTY

There was extensive water damage to the room that they had tried to hide but failed! The room was close to shopping, coffee shop, and lots of places to eat! We went to the UT vs WCU football game and it was easy to get to the stadi and back!

This was a good trip. The hotel is good for a short stay. Inexpensive and worth the money. Thanks for the hospitality.

Close to Knoxville airport. Clean, comfortable, nice size room for an overnight stay near the airport on the way to and/or from Gatlinburg. Good value for money with mini refrigerator, microwave, and breakfast included. Multiple restaurants nearby.

place was nice! we always stay here the night before we head to airport. Short distance to airport

I travel to Pigeon Forge for work twice a year. On the last day, I always stay by the airport due to early flights the following morning. I have stayed at this hotel twice. It seems old and grungy with a funky smell. I was pleased the first time staying here because the nice lady upgraded me to a room with a Jacuzzi. This last time I had a regular room. The rooms are a good size for the money. I did some laundry and was concerned they only have 1 washer and dryer. Luckily it was dead in the hotel so it wasn't being used. Cost me $6 total for the 1 load after buying soap and fabric softener out of the vending machine. I actually preferred the hotel right next door for the same price.

Perfect for an overnight near the airport on the way to Gatlinburg. Clean, comfortable, economical, friendly staff.

Clean and comfortable room. Desk clerk and other personel were very freindly and acommodating. Only real complaint is that the pillows were too small. Very difficult to get comfortable on those square little throw pillows! Aside from this issue this hotel represents a solid value.

check in easy rooms clean and cmfortable good experience

Nicely set up room. Good bed with lots of pillows. The remote didn't work for the TV but I went to bed early anyway. Wish I'd thought to bring my swim trunks! Very nice indoor pool area and jacuzzi. I would highly recommend!

I arrived later than expected so I basically just used the room to sleep and have breakfast. The staff at the front desk were just ok. She did accommodate my request to move my room from the first floor to the third which I appreciated. The room had a nice king-sized bed with 5 half-sized pillows that were very comfortable. The room was very nice and had plenty of room. I especially like the sink outside of the bathroom so I could wash up and still keep an on the TV. I like that the desk lamp had an outlet in it so I could easily plug in my laptop. Would have liked an easier access outlet by the bed so I could have my phone next to me. I was able to pull out the night stand and unplug a lamp and use it for my charger. Would have liked an ice machine on each floor rather than just the first floor, but thankfully I asked about that when checking in and was able to get ice before going up to my room. Breakfast was ok…cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits, bagels, muffins, and waffles. No USA Today on weekends was a little disappointing. Morning staff basically ignored me. Would have liked them to at least acknowledge my existence or at say "good morning."

My husband and I needed a hotel near Louisville, TN for one night. We arrived late and left the following morning, so we were just looking for a decent, clean and quiet place to sleep. The room looked freshly renovated and was larger than I expected with a mini "living room" area, refrigerator and microwave. There was an extra sink with plenty of countertop space in addition to the full bathroom. This was helpful in the morning while my husband and I were getting ready at the same time. Even though the hotel is very close to the airport and on a service road with many gas stations, banks w/ ATMs, and restaurants, the room was extremely quiet. There was a one-mile loop from the hotel around the service road (to at least a dozen restaurants like Starbucks, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Mexican, Chinese, family-style Italian etc.) and up the side street that provided for a well-lit and safe walk after dark and run before dawn. The staff was friendly, but we really didn't need them for anything. The breakfast in the morning was nothing exceptional but better than the typical continental breakfast, offering scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, three cold cereals, toast, biscuits, muffins, donuts. juice, tea, and coffee. I would stay here again.

Called the desk for an early call, phone rang for 5 minutes and no answer. Went to desk and staff member was watching a football game. When I asked for a a wake-up-call, I felt like he was doing me a favor. Asked for a Kingsize bed, was told that there was non avaiable, so I was given a queen.

the room was great, fitness room was not up to date and breakfast was good for the exception of the eggs. everyone was putting the eggs in the garbage.
