The staff were nice but the room was a nightmare! No soap, little toilet paper, tub was dirty, towels were frayed, and my husband saw a roach! Will never stay here again!

there was odor in the room, which is the worse experience i had. the bath does not work well.

Infested with roaches. Furniture in poor condition- torn fabric, bed held together with plywood.Coffee maker in room but no supplies for it, sink all backed up. The cable was out every morning.

The room was large and very clean, smelled nice when I walked in. The bed was comfortable. It's a very nice no-frills place to stay close to the Smokey Mountains. The Budget Inn is also close to several sit-down and fast-food restaurants.

This place doesnt even deserve one star. We checked into this room and left to get dinner. The nearest place we could find open at 8pm was 10 miles away. when we returned to the room we noticed the airplanes very low and very loud....and the bugs!! they looked like crabs with wings and they were everywhere in the room. we called to ask for someone to come and spray them and was told that there was no one. i pulled down the sheets and there was a HUGE pile of dried blood on the mattress at the top by my head. I called again and they moved my room bcs the manager said "We had problems" I'm not sure if it was the bugs or the mattress he was referring to. The new room was ok at best but did not have a working heating unit. Since it was now midnight and 37 degrees we decided to check out. There were people walking around the parking lot scoping out cars, watching everything we did and where we were going. Not at all a place for a mom and her teenage daughter to be at

For the price this hotel was an excellent value. The room was clean. The TV had plenty of channels with 4 premium channels. This was no frills but was very clean and comfortable.

WE ARE FROM THIS AREA AND NORMALLY STAY WITH FAMILY.BUT MY IMMEDIATE FAMILY HAS PASSED AWAY AND THIS WAS A GOOD LOCATION FOR WHERE WE NEEDED TO GO AND FOR OUR FRIENDS AND OTHER RELATIVES TO VISIT US. WE HAD A HANDICAPPED PERSON WITH US AND THE HOTEL CHANGED OUR ROOM TO THE FIRST FLOOR WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS, WHICH WE APPRECIATED.

Didn't meet my expectations. The hotel was OLD, the room smelt musty and the heat didn't work good the room stayed cold, plus the temperature outside was in the low 20's.We didn't even take a shower the next morning, just wanted out of there.

My experience at this hotel was overall great, other than the loud noise due to the nearby airport

Only needed a place to sleep for a few hours and this motel fit the bill. It was super close to the airport, which was where my business was located. Also a good price since I only needed the room for a few hours. Would suggest coffee pot!!!!!!

This 'motel' experience was one of the worst ever. First when checking into the motel they did not have any rooms ready so they sent us to the motel next door Day's Inn. The motel listed on Orbitz was the Budget Inn which in fact is incorrect - it is the Extended Stay. Regular room rate listed right out in front of the motel is $29 we were charged $39 through Orbitz. Days Inn locked us out of our room after the first night because we contacted Orbitz about making things right. If Budget Inn/Extended Stay did not have clean rooms ready for us then they should have sent us to another motel at their discretion that was nicer not worse. As for the Budget Inn/Extended Stay very scary, bad area and it appeared people were living there permately. Oh and at the motel they changed us to the room was never cleaned just locked us out of it with our stuff inside. Demand full refund for horrifying stay and Budget Inn/Extended Stay refuses and Orbitz does not make it right.
