I have never stayed in a hotel where the garbage was not emptied daily. When we asked, they said we could have just tied it up and put it in the hallway. Is this the new norm for this chain? I get haning up my towels but no waste removal?

Asked 3 times for them to un clogged the shower drain, they never did. The room was beside the elevators and you can hear everything it was sooo loud! They didnt clean the room once in our 3 day stay.

It took 3 attempts to get a decent room at this hotel. The first room they put us in had a broken toilet, nasty stains on the comforter and the tv didn’t work. The next room they sent us to had maintenance literally working in it! The 3rd room was ok, but just that…ok. Very disappointed.
