Staff was professional. Room was semi-clean. Carpet was stained. Bed seemed clean. Roaches in bathtub and on bathroom floor, mold in shower tile. Path of dirty bare footprints seen down the hall of the main floor of hotel the night we checked in, still there in the morning. This place needs a full refresh and improved custodial practices.

The people all were great and for the most part the hotel is fine, however the room required maintenance. Burned out light bulb in a lamp in the main room, which isn't too bad, but the bathroom needed some maintenance. The shower drain was clogged, the shower head was broken and would not hold itself up. The soap tray was broken and had sharp edges, and the soap dispenser in the shower was great if you were 7 ft tall. But don't get me wrong this day was okay.

Everything was what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. My room had a bit of an old smell. I think the carpet needed cleaning. Other than that all was good. Breakfast had many hot items, fresh fruit as well as muffins. Juice and coffee as well. Good job Jacksonville Holiday inn

This property was 5 miles from the airport, which was good. The restaurant options were good too, and two minutes away. There were no issues with the hotel, but we did encounter a roach issue, when arriving, in the bathroom and the room where the beds were located.
