I stayed here for a business trip for a few days. Hotel was right off the Interstate and was easy to find. Check in was a breeze. Took all of 5 minutes. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. There was no phone in the room though but overall a fantastic stay. I would defiantly recommend this hotel

There are cigarette burns in the blankets. The light switches do not work. The beds are terribly uncomfortable. The toilet does not stop running.

Insufficient staff to address problems. I called the office to report that the lights over the sink were burned out and the clerk told me she would report it. We never heard from her again. It was annoyingly dark in the room as a result but the rest of the room was ok.

Killing Roaches was horrible Everyday and Every Night more came out I have pictures if you want to see them Okay

Disgusting Dirty Outdated Disrepair Rude staff Long term transient residents I unfortunately did not have the time, or money to try to find more suitable lodging so I purchased bleach cleaner, Rubber gloves, Lysol, to clean and disinfect, and a fragrant candle to burn to mask the smoke stench. I was afraid to complain before checking out because I didn't want to have anyone going in my room while I was gone. This hotel is deplorable and would not suggest it to ANYONE.

Just rented the room for job interview it was nice stay it was quiet and peaceful staff members are great

Quiet clean room close to shopping and restaurants. A good destination for travellers using airport or highways. A good business destination.

Red Roof Inn was clean, reasonably priced, and close to the airport for our late arrival. The mattress was medium firm and comfortable for us. We stayed one night. The staff were pleasant and courteously efficient. The only thing we didn't like was the laminate floors which are not pleasant in a bedroom.

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. There's nothing around. And hotel staff are rude. Very poor furnished and lot of foot traffic eat night time.

computer down on ,cracks in walls , sink clogged, dirty floors

AFTER RESERVING THE HOTEL THROUGH ORBITZ,THE PRICE WERE VERY REASONABLE AT THE HOTEL.IT WERE A VERY COMFORTABLE STAY.I HAD TO GET A HOTEL AT THE LAST MINUTE AND RED ROOF WAS THERE FOR ME.I MET THREE DIFFERENT FRONT DESK WORKERS AND ALL OF THEM HAD THERE OWN PERSONALITIES.I WOULD STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN DUE TO THE FACT THAT I CAN DISCERN THEY HAVE BEEN REMODELING IT.WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE WERE HEARING DOGS BARKING AND IT HAVE NO MICROWAVE, REFRIGERATOR,AND SOME OTHER STUFF I NEEDED THAT WASN'T THERE,BUT ON AN OVERALL BASIS I LEFT SOMEWHAT PLEASED.

Cant believe the hotel on Harts Road is managed by the same person because that place is absolutely horrid, however Red Roof at the Airport is clean and the staff is excellent

Stayed here twice while passing through, will not stay there again

Door deadbolt was broken, shower handle hanging of ready to snap, walls had patch repairs looked like a 12 year old had done them, phones and internet was non working. Only positive thing was the staff was pleasant as can be.

front desk staff was great. the bed was a bit hard.

Overall the hotel was nice it was clean the staff was friendly. the only thing I would recommend is the AC units do not have heat on them so the nights that it's kind of chilly its blowing cold air into your room and you can't get warm.

Late flight, needed a close hotel with a clean, comfy bed and a hot shower. Got both! No frills, all was just right!

Was in town for a radio control airplane contest. The location was close to the flying field and places to eat. The price was great. The only negative is the rooms need a dehumidifier. It was very muggy in the room unless the air conditioning was turned down to the low 60's.

Not bad for the money. Not bad for the money. Not bad for the money. Not bad for the money.

staff was courteous. Hotel did not have a safe and secure feel to it. appeared to be transient or homeless people in the lobby cooling when i checked in. bathroom door had a large hole in it patched and unfinished with spackling compound. walls had big chunks of paint missing. bathtub was badly chipped and rusted around the drain. halls and stairway around the hotel smelled badly. two large dumpsters full of debris from i guess remodeling had mattresses in them but added to the depressed nature of the hotel. not at all what i would expect from an airport hotel.
