Don't bring service animals

I have stayed here multiple times it's close to home and great for emergencies such as this trip when I couldn't stay at my apartment. The first few days were fantastic, nice and relaxing as you would expect for a hotel stay. Mid way through my stay I got a call from the front desk while I was out that I needed to come back and clean my room because it was disgusting. They claimed my cats, who are registered emotional support animals with paperwork to prove it, pooped on the floor. I came back and there was a tiny piece that got kicked out of the box. When I got to the hotel the front desk lady who called me handed me a trash bag to help clean it up which I thought was nice. About 10 minutes after I picked it up and cleaned the room she came back saying it was disgusting and forced me to spray what she said was febreze, so I did a few times around the box. As I handed the bottle back to her she snatched it away and said it wasn't enough and proceeded to spray every inch of my room so even if it did smell all I can smell now was the febreze, I could even taste it in the air it was so much. As she was doing this she questioned me about how many cats I have, are they both service animals, what kind of service animals, and then didn't believe me when I answered her. My two cats are both registered emotional support animals this was documented when I checked in. The biggest issue is my entire stay I had the no housekeeping and animal roommate sign on the door so no one would enter

There wasn't much around the hotel as it sits back off a main road, but it was quiet and clean. Bed was nice I appreciated the thicker comforter as I'm always cold

This is the second time I have stayed at this location and it's does not disappoint. The place is comfortable, and clean! Updated, and just all around good quality. Cleanliness is top notch and the staff are very friendly! It's located conveniently also!

Good stay!

Studio room would definitely have been a perk if we were staying longer than a day! Having a kitchenette in room, awesomely convenient! Overall the room was great, spacious, clean, comfortable. The showerhead was kind of corroded which maybe makes it look a little dinghy at first glance. And the carpet has that feel when carpets get old and over used, where... It just feels a little sticky. Staff was excellent, incredibly friendly service.

The property needs updating. The room was very humid even with the a/c running. The towels, our clothes, the sheets felt damp because of this issue. The bed and pillows were comfortable, but the dampness issue made it hard to sleep since you felt tacky. The kitchen did supply some pots and pans but no plates, bowls or utensils. So if you plan to use the kitchen, plan on disposable I guess unless it was just an issue for our room. The chair in the room really needs to be cleaned because there was a definitely an odor from it that lingered in the air at times; again, could be from how humid it was in the room. The lobby and hallways were fine though. I tried to mention this to the front desk; however, the gentleman seemed to ignore me and the woman who tried to help I don't think understood me completely. I get it's Florida and have had humidity issues before, but this made for an uncomfortable stay.
