Overall we were very pleased with our stay! The staff was always kind and its rare to find a hotel that is larger dog friendly. Our boy is 70lbs and most places max is 40lbs. Everything was clean and stocked as well as very comfy beds. Will return here for our next trip to Jacksonville!

The room was fine. Typical of other Alofts I have stayed at. The lobby / bar area was also fine and typical of the brand. The biggest drawback was the noise. The corridors were loud from people and doors slamming. My room was a first floor unit and I would suggest requesting an upper floor room as the parking lot noise was an issue.
