Location was everything for me about this hotel. Quick access to the highway was a big plus while we were in the city. The room was very comfortable and suitable for a traveling family on the holidays.

Chose this hotel at the request of friends that wanted to stay under $100 per night for a girls weekend trip. For a budget hotel, this is a nice option. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the limited hot breakfast works if you are in a hurry. If you, like me, are more used to Embassy Suites or Hilton Garden Inn this is not your kind of hotel as you will find yourself comparing the accommodations to what you are used to and find them lacking. I don't mean to be unfair as this truly is a nice hotel for someone who wants to stay in budget accommodations.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast needs improvement - frozen eggs, microwaved sausage and no bagels. Other than the breakfast, it was awesome!! Thank you Amber for your friendly service.

The hotel is under renovation currently. It doesn't look like they have gotten to the rooms yet. At least by the state of them. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Ramada Inn next door. It's nicer. Staff was nice though.

Good hotel - very nice staff. I was able to get a late check out at no extra cost. There is some renovation going on in the halls, but it is not a big deal. The rooms are spacious and clean. The continental breakfast is free with decent variety.

I paid a little extra to, hopefully, get a little better quality than usual. I didn't happen. A short list of problems: refrigerator didn't work, phone to call operator didn't work, AC blows right at the work desk, chair for work desk must be placed in lowest position to get the arm rests under the desk, no soap holder in new renovated bathroom, no towel rack, USB cube on night stand unplugged and a pain to plug back in, no back in ice bucket, water temp was warm at best.

The room was pretty clean and comfortable. It's only somewhere i cant get the wifi. but besides that everything was good.

The trip was great the beach, town, and attractions were awesome.....our stay at the hotel was very nice it was worth the money and effort and the staff was very friendly and helpful I would stay again

This is an extremely clean hotel in a prime location; it is surrounded by a fire station, other similarly priced hotels and a warehouse. The hotel sits directly off of a main road, so noise was nonexistent. It actually wasn't very crowded at all. The suites are quiet; you can't hear anything including televisions, other guests, etc. It was peaceful and the suite was cleaned well (except for under the rim of the sink; that could use a little attention#. The interior of the suite is definitely spacious and once again, very clean. It is a lot of space for one person and could easily accommodate three or four patrons. Nice sized LED television and a super comfortable bed with clean linens and plenty of pillows. The king sized bed was luxurious and exactly what was needed after a long drive. The evening check in individual was efficient and immediately offered a later #free) check out time. In an instant, it went from check out at 11a.m. to check out at 2p.m. That was an unexpected and definitely welcome surprise. He was a nice young man who didn't seem bothered by working on New Year's Eve. Overall, I was extremely impressed with this all suite hotel. It was a nice excursion and I was pleasantly surprised. I have not stayed at this chain before, but I will definitely stay here again when I travel in February. Hopefully I can get the same nonsmoking room 420. It's located at the end of the hallway, on the fourth floor right next to the stairs. Ideal room!

Easy to get to the Jacksonville sites from this location. Staff were friendly and very helpful

This Comfort Suites was very nice, clean, the staff was really friendly and helpful. I would totally stay at it again.

everything was wonderful when iam in jacksonville will want to stay their again fast check in i was on a mini vacation enjoyed the city

The hotel was a bit shabby, with no iron or hair dryer in the room and no coffee maker. Paint and carpet rather worn.

We thought the hotel was great, And the breakfast food was very well put out and good the front dest people were great. we had a king room and thought the TV setup could have been better set up for 2 room situation. Otherwise a great hotel value for the cost.

I picked this hotel because it was 5 minutes from the business I was visiting. As soon as I got there the staff was very friendly (it was very late in the evening). I forgot a few toiletries and the clerk promptly and cheerfully provided them. Checkin only took about 5 minutes and was quite pleasant. The room was very clean and neat with no smokey smell, complete with a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was very good and the staff was always friendly. Will stay there again for sure!

Hotel was very clean and well organized! Staff was very helpful. Had a very nice experience! Would come back.

Good pleasant 1 week stay. -Mold/Mildew in air conditioning unit in when the fan was on full blast(a/c was not on coldest setting) nose was running from the allergy. Turned fan off or on low...and there was less running of the nose. Visible formation of mold/mildew in a/c vent cover. Inform front desk and she acknowledged it. -Shower facet dripped the whole was more of small running water and not an occasional drip. Informed front desk and she acknowledged it. Aside from the above 2 things, the experience is excellent. Breakfast is decent. Outside swimming pool is decent. Close to major highway.

The first night of my 6 night stay I had an issue, the new manager was very accommodating and took care of the issue immediately. This was my trip to see my son before he left for "Afganistan". It was the first time to see my daughter-in - law and grandchildren in a year. There were a couple of other issues but over all the hotel is very nice.

The hotel was clean and the employees nice. Great location and worth the [...]price. I did let the manager know when leaving to get the tv fixed but it was provider not hotel. Shower pressure a little weak and make sure shower for pool working. But none of these things would make me not stay there again. And FREE WiFI

The air went out in our room, we were moved to a smaller room when we paid for a suite. Both ice machines were out as well.
