Beautiful and elegant hotel. Staff are amazing. Well trained. Professional, polite helpful above and beyond. Everything very clean. No complaints. Specially the lady who prepares breakfast, mrs. Tina & Mrs Wendy wow, what an amazing helpful patient with the kids and older people there very clean very organized this country and world need people like her. Praise and glory to God for these amazing women. They should train so they can be an example to others. To love and respect others and their jobs. Thank you and lots of blessings. We will keep coming to this hotel. A perfect 10.

Had to cancel due to illness of grandchildren, which would have affected my health. I explained all this to the hotel and to hotels.com and they both lied to me. The hotel said thathotel.com had to give me the refund andhotel.com said the hotel was supposed to give me the refund and no one got back with me or did anything. I purchased the booking protection and should have gotten a full refund, but nobody did anything. The booking protection is fake and all parties are liars. I will never ever use hotels.com again. I was staying at Hampton quite often in different areas when I travel, but I will never use them again and neither will my family members.

Safe and secure building. Free parking. Two free water bottles at check in. The room had a horrendous odor that was almost unbearable. Half of the pillows had stains on them and the room felt damp most of the time.

Pros: friendly staff, nice breakfast items, comfortable beds. Cons: Jacksonville in the summer is blazing hot and humid. The hotel rooms seem to suck in that humidity so that towels, bedding, clothing - everything seems wet. I heard several people remark about how humid the rooms were. Floors were not swept well. The maids removed trash and changed towels, but did not make beds. Lightbulb in my room went out- took two days to get it changed. Tub was slippery - had to ask for a rubber mat. Shower doesn’t get very hot and water pours from the faucet when the shower is on. We won’t stay here again.
