"We booked this location due to its proximity to the various snorkel experience offices (e.g., Sea Quest). Being able to walk to the dock (5~10 min) was great given lack of parking near the dock right before Manta ray night snorkel experience. Being able to walk back to the hotel after being in the water was great as well.
Hotel itself had amazing kids pool and separate adult pool.
Overall, I will stay here again if I come back to Kona.
Only minor points:
Night time Manta viewing terrace was under construction.
Pico breakfast buffet could serve better variety for $37 per person. "
