"My family and I stayed at Kona Royal Resort for a week, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. One thing we especially appreciated was the air conditioning. There were a couple of very hot days on the island, and coming back to a cool, comfortable room made a huge difference. Having reliable AC was definitely a necessity and added greatly to our overall comfort. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their excellent customer service made us feel right at home. Another great perk was the location. There were plenty of excellent restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, making it easy to enjoy a variety of delicious meals without having to travel far. The only thing missing was room service, but that was a minor inconvenience compared to all the positives. Overall, Kona Royal Resort provided a clean, comfortable, and relaxing home base for our family vacation. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend Kona Royal Resort to anyone visiting the Big Island. We would happily stay here again! 🌺☀️🏝️"
